Claims (9)
- 弁であって、
ばね力(Ff)を有するばね(101)と、
前記ばね力(Ff)に抗して作用可能なアクチュエータ力(Fa)を有するアクチュエータ(200)と、
前記アクチュエータ(200)によって操作可能なピン(102)と、
該ピン(102)と接続可能なシールエレメント(103)と、
シールシート(104)とを備えていて、前記シールエレメント(103)が前記シールシート(104)に接触していると、当該弁が閉鎖されており、
前記ピン(102)は、前記アクチュエータ(200)によって、前記シールエレメント(103)の方向に運動可能であり、
前記ピン(102)は、前記ばね(101)によって、前記シールエレメント(103)から離れる方向に運動可能であり、前記シールエレメント(103)は、前記ピン(102)とは別個に独立して開弁位置へ運動可能であり、この開弁位置において弁を通る流体流が解放されている弁において、
前記アクチュエータ(200)は、
ポールコア(202)を取り囲むコイル(214)を有する電磁石(201)と、
該電磁石(201)によって運動可能な磁気アーマチュア(203)とを備えており、
前記ピン(102)は、該磁気アーマチュア(203)に連結されていて、前記電磁石(201)の長手方向軸線(L)に沿って前記ポールコア(202)を貫いて延びるように配置されていて、前記磁気アーマチュア(203)は、前記ポールコア(202)の一方の側に配置されており、前記ポールコア(202)の反対の側には、前記シールエレメント(103)から離れる方向への前記ピン(102)の運動を制限する別個のストッパエレメント(204)が配置されており、
該ストッパエレメント(204)は、前記ポールコア(202)よりも硬質の材料から形成されており、
前記ピン(102)は、前記シールシート(104)寄りの、突出した領域(107)を有しており、前記ピン(102)の、前記シールエレメント(103)の方向への運動は、前記突出した領域(107)と前記シールシート(104)とによって制限されていることを特徴とする弁。 - 前記ピン(102)は、前記シールエレメント(103)から離れる方向への前記ピン(102)の運動を制限する別の突出した領域(105)を有している、請求項1記載の弁。
- 当該弁が閉鎖されていると、前記シールエレメント(103)は、前記ピン(102)に対して間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1または2記載の弁。
- 前記シールエレメント(103)は、前記アクチュエータ力(Fa)によって、開弁位置へ運動可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記磁気アーマチュア(203)と前記ピン(102)とは、互いに相対的に不動に接続されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記磁気アーマチュア(203)は、該磁気アーマチュア(203)の、前記ポールコア(202)寄りの側と、該磁気アーマチュア(203)の、前記ポールコア(202)とは反対の側との間をハイドロリック的に連通させるために、少なくとも1つの磁気アーマチュア孔(205)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパエレメント(204)は、孔(206)を有し、該孔(206)を貫いて前記ピン(102)が案内されており、さらに、前記ストッパエレメント(204)は、前記ストッパエレメント(204)の、前記ポールコア(202)とは反対の側と、前記ストッパエレメント(204)の、前記ポールコア(202)寄りの側との間をハイドロリック的に連通させるために、少なくとも1つの別の孔(207)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 当該弁は、前記ストッパエレメント(204)を前記ポールコア(202)に接続する溶接結合部(208)を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ばね(101)の、一方の端部は前記ポールコア(202)に接続されており、反対側の他方の端部は前記磁気アーマチュア(203)に接続されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
