Abstract
Description
なお、吸入ポート31bは吸入弁シート31aを形成する吸入弁シート部材31に上下方向に連通して形成される。端子46はコネクタと一体にモールドされ残りの方端がエンジン制御ユニット側と接続可能な構成としている。
リリーフ弁機構200はリリーフボディ201、リリーフ弁202、リリーフ弁ホルダ203、リリーフばね204、ばねストッパ205からなる。リリーフボディ201には、テーパ形状のシート部が設けられている。バルブ202はリリーフばね204の荷重がバルブホルダ203を介して負荷され、リリーフボディ201のシート部に押圧され、シート部と協働して燃料を遮断している。
Claims (13)
- 加圧室の吐出側に配置された吐出弁と、前記吐出弁が着座する吐出弁シートと、前記吐出弁シートと別部材で独立して構成され、前記吐出弁を間にして前記吐出弁シートと反対側に位置する対向部材と、を備え、前記吐出弁のストローク方向の変位を規制するストローク方向規制部が対向部材のテーパ面に形成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁はボール弁により構成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項2に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁と前記吐出弁シートとを有する吐出弁機構が配置された吐出弁室を備え、前記対向部材は前記吐出弁室と外部とを遮断する栓部材(プラグ)で構成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁と前記吐出弁シートとを有する吐出弁機構が配置された吐出弁室を備え、前記対向部材はポンプボディに固定された吐出ジョイントで構成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記対向部材に取り付けられ、前記吐出弁を前記吐出弁シートに向かって付勢する吐出弁ばねを備えた高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁のストローク軸線と直交する方向の変位を規制する径方向規制部が前記吐出弁シートが形成される吐出弁シート部材に形成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項6に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁シートが形成される吐出弁シート部材の前記径方向規制部に前記ボール弁を介して吐出された燃料を前記吐出弁機構の径方向外側に向かって流す径方向流路が形成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項7に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記径方向流路は前記吐出弁シートの外周に複数形成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項6に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、吐出弁軸方向における前記径方向規制部の長さが前記吐出弁の直径のほぼ半分以上となるように形成される高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項6に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、吐出弁軸方向において前記径方向規制部の長さが前記対向部材のテーパ面の長さよりも長くなるように形成される高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁を介して吐出された燃料が設定圧力を超えた場合に前記加圧室に、又は低圧流路に燃料を戻すリリーフ弁機構を備え、前記加圧室から吐出された燃料は吐出弁室を流れた後に前記リリーフ弁機構が配置されたリリーフ弁室を流れ、吐出口から吐出される高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁を介して吐出された燃料は吐出弁機構の径方向外側で、かつ、前記加圧室を構成するポンプボディにほぼ水平方向に形成された流路を流れた後に前記リリーフ弁室を流れ、吐出口から吐出される高圧燃料ポンプ。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記吐出弁シートが形成される吐出弁シート部材が前記ポンプボディに圧入される圧入部と、前記対向部材が前記ポンプボディに溶接される溶接部と、を備え、前記吐出弁シートが形成される吐出弁シート部材と前記対向部材は非接触に別体で構成された高圧燃料ポンプ。
