背景技术
阀装置,例如一个内燃机的燃料系统的电磁控制阀已由市场上公知。这种阀装置通常具有一个阀体,该阀体例如可由一个阀针加载到打开位置。在阀装置的关闭状态下阀体用一个密封区段止挡在一个壳体侧的密封座上。阀体例如并构成平板形,由此它可具有一个相对小的质量。
对于许多电磁控制阀来说阀装置在燃料高压泵的抽吸阶段中打开。在接着的所谓回流阶段阀装置例如借助一个由弹簧力加载的方针在一定时间间隔上继续强制地保持打开。在回流阶段接下来的燃料高压泵输送阶段中例如使一个电磁铁通电,由此使阀针由阀体上抬起并因此可使阀装置–通常受一个阀弹簧支持–关闭。

发明内容
作为本发明基础的任务将通过根据权利要求1的阀装置及根据并列独立权利要求的方法来解决。有利的进一步构型给出在从属权利要求中。对于本发明重要的特征还可在以下的说明及附图中得到,其中这些特征既可单独地也可不同组合地对于本发明体现其重要性,对此将不再明确地指出。
根据本发明的阀装置具有其优点,即密封区段和/或密封座的公差或磨损在阀装置打开时不会引起或仅微不足道地引起阀体上流体力的改变。并且在阀装置打开时阀体的抬起可均匀及准确地进行。此外根据本发明的阀装置可成本上有利地制造。
本发明从一个构思出发:阀体在阀装置的流体通道中除通过阀针及阀弹簧的力加载外还通过液压流体的力加载。尤其在电磁控制阀上,例如当它使用在一个机动车的内燃机的燃料系统中时,液压流体的力相对地大及由此一起影响到电磁控制阀的功能。
根据本发明设置在阀体上的密封区段这样地作成,即它至少稍微地超出阀体的一个向着所属固定于壳体上的密封座的表面,例如为一个轴向延伸的环形凸缘的形式。由此得到一个先决条件,以致在由密封区段及密封座形成的密封区域周围的机械公差不会或仅可很小地改变作用在阀体上的流体力。这在电磁控制阀的所谓“回流阶段”期间尤为重要,在该回流阶段中由被电磁控制阀控制的燃料泵的输送室的燃料应尽可能无阻碍地回输到低压区域中。在此情况下阀体尤其仅由阀针或对阀针加载的弹簧保持在打开位置中。
本发明的一个构型在于,阀体与密封区段被制成一体。由此阀体或密封区段可特别精确地、耐久地及成本上有利地被制造。
此外还提出:密封座在密封区域的周围基本上被作成平面的。因此根据本发明的阀装置仅具有一个液压作用的“密封轮廓”,即设在阀体的密封区段上的密封轮廓。此外密封座可特别简单及窄公差地制造。
本发明的另一构型在于:该阀装置的功能部件被作成基本上旋转对称的及密封区段为一个径向上环绕的环形凸缘的一部分。该几何形状–尤其对于电磁控制阀–在流体技术上是特别有利的。此外由此可达到:密封区域具有一个基本上恒定的面积,该面积几乎与阀体相对阀装置纵轴线的可能的偏移无关和/或与密封区段的磨损无关。因此阀装置的打开可均匀及准确地进行及流体介质(燃料)的量可被特别精确地测定。
当在流体通道中设有一个对流体起作用的遮挡板,该遮挡板当流体回流时在阀体强制地从密封座上抬起的情况下至少部分地使阀体与流体的流动隔开。由此从密封座上抬起的阀体可与密封区段一起脱离强流体的区域。因此得到另一先决条件,以致阀体或密封区段可能的机械公差不会–或可忽略地–改变该流体力。以此方式阀装置可特别精确及长期稳定地工作。
该阀装置的另一构型在于:在密封区域的周围流体通道的一个限界壁具有一个倒圆或一个倒角。在阀装置打开时在密封区域中径向地向内或径向地向外流动的流体(燃料)可借助该倒圆或倒角以特别小的流体损耗偏转到轴向上或由轴向偏转。由此阀装置的液压效率可进一步改善。
并附加地提出:阀体具有一个轴向的及大致截球形的凹腔,在该凹腔上可止挡一个阀针。由此可以说在结构上已预计到在阀装置工作中阀体在阀针冲击位置上产生的凹形变形。因此可附加地提高阀装置的精确度及耐久性。
此外提出一个用于制造阀装置的阀体的方法,其中该阀体借助挤压这样地制造,即通过挤压挤出的材料–尤其由截球形凹腔中挤出的材料–至少部分地有助于径向上环绕的环形凸缘的成型。由此阀体可成本上特别有利地被制造。

在各个附图中并在不同的实施形式中对于功能上等同的部件及参数使用相同的标号。
图1以极其简化的视图表示一个内燃机的燃料系统10。借助一个预输送泵16使燃料由一个燃料箱12通过一个抽吸导管14,通过一个低压导管18及通过一个由电磁铁20操作的阀装置22–这里它为一个电磁控制阀–输送给一个(这里将不再描述的)高压泵24。在下游高压泵24通过一个高压导管26连接到一个高压储存器28上。其它的部件、如高压泵24的排出阀在图1中未示出。可以理解,阀装置22或电磁控制阀可与高压泵24构成一个结构单元。例如该电车控制阀可为高压泵24的一个进入阀。此外该电磁控制阀也可具有不同于电磁铁20的另一操作装置,例如一个压电致动器或一个液压1操作装置。
在燃料系统10工作时预输送泵16使燃料由燃料箱12输送到低压导管18。在此情况下电磁控制阀将确定输送给高压泵24的输送室的燃料量。
图2以简化的截面图表示图1的阀装置22的第一实施形式。在该图中所示的阀装置22的部件基本上被作成绕纵轴线29旋转对称的及包括一个具有基本上被作成平面的密封座32,在阀装置22关闭的情况下一个大致板状的阀体36的密封区段34可紧靠在该密封座32上。但在图2中阀装置22为打开的,这就是说,阀体36轴向地由密封座32上抬起。一个阀针37在该图中向右对阀体36加载。在此情况下阀针37的端部区段停靠在阀体36的一个截球形的凹腔39中。在阀装置22中构有一个流体通道38,在所示的打开位置中流体–这里为燃料–通过该流体通道沿箭头40流动。在阀体36的上游一个对流体起作用的遮挡板42被这样地设置在流体通道38中,即该遮挡板可使流体回流时强制地由密封座32上抬起的阀体36至少部分地与流体的流动隔开。
密封座32及密封区段34被作成平的并相互平行及共同地形成一个密封区域44。密封区段34超出阀体36的一个向着密封座32的表面46一个尺度48。因此阀体36在一个径向外部区段中具有一个径向环绕的环形凸缘49或轴向地延伸的环圈。在阀体36或环形凸缘49与遮挡板43之间构成一个径向间隙(无标号),以致阀体36未受遮挡板42阻碍地可轴向地运动。一个在图2中设置在阀体36右面的阀弹簧在该图中未示出,该阀弹簧将对阀体36导向。

密封区段34总地具有一个环形的轮廓。阀体36相对纵轴线29的可能的径向游动不会改变在阀装置22的关闭状态中形成在密封座32与密封区段34之间的接触面。因此随后阀体36从密封座32上的抬起可与可能的径向游动无关地均匀且精确地进行。但阀装置22的该状态未表示在图2中。

Claims (8)
1.用于开关或计量流体的阀装置(22),具有一个壳体(30)、一个流体通道(38)及一个设置在流体通道(38)中的阀体(36),该阀体具有一个密封区段(34),该密封区段在阀装置(22)关闭的情况下紧靠在一个壳体侧的密封座(32)上,其特征在于:密封区段(34)至少稍微地超出阀体(36)的一个向着密封座(32)的表面(46)。
