Claims (11)

前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物が、生分解性である共に、5.5〜8.5のpHを有し、前記界面活性剤系の量が、1〜30重量%であり、前記1以上のキレート剤の量が、0.5〜9重量%であり、前記1以上の緩衝剤の量が、0.5〜8重量%であり、前記1以上の腐食防止剤の量が、1〜15重量%であり、かつ、前記水が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の100重量%を構成する差である、濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物。 - 前記腐食防止剤が、メルカプトベンゾチアゾール、ベンゾトリアゾール、トリルトリアゾール、トリルトリアゾールナトリウム、ウンデカン二酸、ホスホノブタントリカルボン酸、ドデカン二酸、エタノール−2,2’−[[メチル−1H−ベンゾトリアゾール−1−イル)メチル]イミノ]ビス、6,6’,6”−(1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4,6−トリイルトリイミノ)トリス(ヘキサン酸)、ドデシルジメチルアンモニウムビカルボネート/カルボネート、またはナトリウムベンゾトリアゾール、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含み、前記1以上の腐食防止剤の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、1.5重量%〜10重量%であり、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物が、ポリアスパラギン酸ナトリウム、ポリアクリル酸、グルタミン酸、N,N,−二酢酸、および四ナトリウム塩を本質的に含まず、かつ、前記非イオン性界面活性剤の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、2〜15重量%であり、前記キレート剤が、メチルグリシン二酢酸三ナトリウム、またはイミノジコハク酸四ナトリウム、またはその両方を含み、前記キレート剤の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、1.0〜5重量%であり、前記緩衝剤が、アルコールアミン、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、または有機酸、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含み、前記ヒドロトロープが、オクチルジメチルアミンオキシド、またはアルキルグリコシド、あるいはそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、かつ、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の前記pHが、6.0〜8.0である、請求項1に記載の濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、前記トリルトリアゾールナトリウム、および、1.5重量%〜5重量%の量の前記6,6’,6”−(1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4,6−トリイルトリイミノ)トリス(ヘキサン酸)、または前記ホスホノブタントリカルボン酸であり、前記緩衝剤が、エタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、クエン酸、またはそれらの任意の組合せであり、前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、前記第一級アルコールエトキシレート、前記芳香族エトキシレート、または前記酸化プロピレンとエチレンオキシドのブロック共重合体、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せである、請求項2に記載の濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物。
- ケイ酸塩、リン酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、マグネシウム金属もしくはイオン、または亜鉛金属もしくはイオン、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを本質的に含まない、請求項2に記載の濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物。
- 生分解性濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物を製造するための方法であって、
アミンオキシドおよびグルコシドからなる群から選択される1以上のヒドロトロープ、
メチルグリシン二酢酸、メチルグリシン二酢酸三ナトリウム、イミノジコハク酸、イミノジコハク酸四ナトリウム、または[S,S]−エチレンジアミン−N,N’−ジコハク酸、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含む1以上のキレート剤、
1以上の腐食防止剤であって、前記腐食防止剤は、アミン、アミダゾール、ジアゾール、トリアゾール、またはカルボン酸、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含む、
少なくとも5.5〜8.5のpHを得るための1以上の緩衝剤、
1以上の非イオン性界面活性剤であって、前記非イオン性界面活性剤は、第一級または第二級アルコールエトキシレート、前記エトキシレート以外のアルコールアルコキシレート、芳香族エトキシレート、修飾エトキシレート、または酸化プロピレンとエチレンオキシドのブロックポリマー、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含む、および
水
を添加および混合する工程を含み、前記1以上のキレート剤の量が、0.5〜7重量%であり、前記1以上の緩衝剤の量が、0.5〜6重量%であり、前記1以上の腐食防止剤の量が、1〜13重量%であり、前記1以上の非イオン性界面活性剤の量が、1.0〜25重量%であり、前記ヒドロトロープの量が、0.5〜6.0重量%であり、かつ、前記水の量が、前記生分解性濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の100重量%を構成する差である、方法。 - 前記ヒドロトロープが、オクチルジメチルアミンオキシド、またはアルキルグリコシド、あるいはそれらの任意の組み合わせであり、前記緩衝剤系の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物のpHが6.0〜8.0となる効果的な量である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、メルカプトベンゾチアゾール、ベンゾトリアゾール、トリルトリアゾール、トリルトリアゾールナトリウム、ウンデカン二酸、ホスホノブタントリカルボン酸、ドデカン二酸、エタノール−2,2’−[[メチル−1H−ベンゾトリアゾール−1−イル)メチル]イミノ]ビス、6,6’,6”−(1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4,6−トリイルトリイミノ)トリス(ヘキサン酸)、ドデシルジメチルアンモニウムビカルボネート/カルボネート、またはナトリウムベンゾトリアゾール、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含み、前記1以上の腐食防止剤の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、1.5重量%〜10重量%であり、かつ、前記非イオン性界面活性剤の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、2〜15重量%であり、前記キレート剤が、メチルグリシン二酢酸三ナトリウム、またはイミノジコハク酸四ナトリウム、またはその両方を含み、前記キレート剤の量が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、1〜5重量%であり、前記緩衝剤が、アルコールアミン、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、または有機酸、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食防止剤が、前記濃縮中性洗浄剤組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜3重量%の量の前記トリルトリアゾールナトリウム、および、1.5重量%〜5重量%の量の前記6,6’,6”−(1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4,6−トリイルトリイミノ)トリス(ヘキサン酸)、または前記ホスホノブタントリカルボン酸であり、前記緩衝剤が、エタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、クエン酸、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せであり、かつ、前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、前記第一級アルコールエトキシレート、前記芳香族エトキシレート、または前記酸化プロピレンとエチレンオキシドのブロック共重合体、あるいはそれらの任意の組合せである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物、およびさらなる水を含む、希釈された中性洗浄剤組成物。
- 水7.57リットルあたり3.1グラム〜62.2グラムの請求項1に記載の組成物を含む、希釈された中性洗浄剤組成物。
- 水7.57リットルあたり3.9グラム〜15.6グラムの請求項3に記載の組成物を含む、希釈された中性洗浄剤組成物。
