Description

特に、本発明による外部寄生虫駆除剤組成物は、髪に注いで適用するための液体ゲル製剤としておよびポンプ作用のスプレーガンによる髪への噴霧のための噴霧ゲル製剤として、特定のユーザーの便宜のために開発されている。
これらの製剤の具体例は、以下のとおりである。
1. 4容量%の100,000センチストークスの粘度を有するジメチコン;
2. 2容量%のジメチコン共重合体;

この試験は、ヨーロッパ特許第1,215,965号に記載され、96.7重量%のシクロペンタシロキサンおよび20,000センチストークス未満の粘度を有する3.3重量%のジメチコノールの混合物を含む従来のシロキサン系の製品(製剤A)と、上に詳述した噴霧ゲル製剤(製剤B)のアタマジラミに対する効果を比較した。
試験で使用される昆虫
アタマジラミ(Pediculus capitis)は、地域社会のボランティアから得られた。その結果、試験で使用されるシラミは、種々の出所源から入手した。すべてのサンプルは、試験日ごとに1回評価された。同じ日に実施された試験のそれぞれについて、試験反復のバッチ内の内部一貫性があるように、シラミのすべては同じ個々の患者から得た。各製剤の唯一の反復試験がいずれかの1日に実行されたので、異なる日に実施された試験の間にはいくらかの変動があったであろう。しかし、これは地域社会で遭遇する可能性のあるアタマジラミの正常な変動を表したであろうし、そして、応答のどんな変動も消費者の使用中に遭遇すると思われる応答の範囲を代表するものであろう。
成虫シラミに対する活性
この試験は、上で詳述した2つの液体ゲル製剤および噴霧ゲル製剤のアタマジラミの卵に対する有効性を2つの異なる曝露時間で比較した。2つの製剤は、15分間と30分間の曝露時間で試験された。

Claims (22)
- 担体と活性剤の混合物を乳化剤と共に含む外部寄生虫駆除剤組成物であって、前記担体は、非揮発性の低粘度シロキサンを含み、前記低粘度シロキサンが、包括的に10〜1000センチストークスの範囲の粘度を有し、そして、前記活性剤は、非揮発性の高粘度シロキサンを含み、前記高粘度シロキサンが少なくとも1000センチストークスの粘度を有し、前記低粘度シロキサンおよび前記高粘度シロキサンの両方は、少なくとも100℃の密閉式引火点を有し、前記乳化剤が、シリコン共重合体を含む組成物。
- 前記低粘度シロキサンおよび前記高粘度シロキサンの両方が、ジメチコンもしくはジメチコノールまたはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合物が、30センチストークスを超える粘度を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記低粘度シロキサンおよび前記高粘度シロキサンの両方が、20mN/mの表面張力を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記乳化剤が、少なくとも1容量%の前記シリコン共重合体を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記乳化剤が、1容量%〜10容量%の前記シリコン共重合体を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 乳化剤がシクロペンタシロキサンに分散されたジメチコン共重合体の40%溶液を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記低粘度シロキサンが、包括的に10〜100センチストークスの範囲の粘度を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記高粘度シロキサンが、包括的に50,000から200,000センチストークスの範囲の粘度を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記高粘度シロキサンが、組成物に少なくとも0.1容量%含まれる、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 1種の揮発性油または複数の揮発性油を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記の1種の揮発性油または複数の揮発性油が、1種または複数のテルペン類を含む、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記揮発性油が、ネロリドールを含む、請求項11または請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記の1種の揮発性油または複数の揮発性油が、組成物に少なくとも0.1容量%含まれる、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記の1種の揮発性油または複数の揮発性油が、組成物に最大2容量%含まれる、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 4容量%の100,000センチストークスの粘度を有するジメチコン;
1容量%〜4容量%のジメチコン共重合体を含む乳化剤;
最大2容量%のネロリドール;および
残余分の10〜100センチストークスの粘度を有するジメチコン;
を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 残余分の50センチストークスの粘度を有するジメチコンを含む、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 残余分の10センチストークスの粘度を有するジメチコンを含む、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 使用時の組成物の粘度を高める揺変性添加剤を含む、請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記揺変性添加剤が、二酸化ケイ素のナノサイズ粒子を含み、そして、組成物の少なくとも0.1容量%である、請求項19に記載の組成物。
- ヒトまたは動物の外部寄生虫による寄生の治療または予防における使用のための組成物であって、前記組成物は、担体と活性剤の混合物を乳化剤と共に含み、前記担体は、非揮発性の低粘度シロキサンを含み、前記低粘度シロキサンが、包括的に10〜1000センチストークスの範囲の粘度を有し、そして、前記活性剤は、非揮発性の高粘度シロキサンを含み、前記高粘度シロキサンが少なくとも1000センチストークスの粘度を有し、前記低粘度シロキサンおよび前記高粘度シロキサンの両方は、少なくとも100℃の密閉式引火点を有し、前記乳化剤が、シリコン共重合体を含む組成物。
- アタマジラミの寄生の治療または予防に使用するための、請求項21に記載の組成物。
