Description
−酸化セリウム:5%から30%の間;
−酸化タングステン:2%から17%の間;
−残りは酸化ジルコニウム;
を有しおよび10%の水を含む空気雰囲気中750℃でエージングした後、正方晶系ジルコニア相と単斜晶系ジルコニア相とを含む2相結晶構造を有し、タングステンを含む結晶相は存在しないことを特徴とする組成物に関する。
この方法は、水酸化ジルコニウムを調製する第一部を含む。この第一部は、以下のステップを含む。
−(b)該溶液を25℃未満の温度に冷却するステップ、
−(c)アモルファス水酸化ジルコニウムを析出させるために、アルカリ性化合物を加えるステップ、
−(d)水酸化ジルコニウムをろ別し、水またはアルカリ性化合物で洗浄し、残留する硫酸塩および、もしあれば塩酸塩を除去するステップ。
第一変法によれば、先ず、セリウム塩または化合物の溶液または懸濁液を形成する。
CO+1/2O2→CO2 (1)
HC(炭化水素)+O2→CO2+H2O (2)
の場合がある。
TPD中の酸性部位を特徴付けるために使用されるプローブ分子は、アンモニアである。
試料をヘリウム気流下20℃/分の温度上昇速度で500℃とし、水蒸気が除去されるようにこの温度で30分維持し、こうして細孔のブロッキングを回避する。
次いで、試料を100℃で30分アンモニアの気流に供する。該試料を最低で1時間ヘリウムの気流に供する。
10℃/分の温度上昇速度で700℃まで上げることによりTPDを行う。
組成物の特性を、以下の条件下で評価する。
この実施例は、事前に調製されたセリウムおよび水酸化ジルコニウムに基づく化合物に、メタタングステン酸塩溶液を含浸させる方法によって調製した組成物を記載する。
−酸化ジルコニウム:66%
−酸化タングステン:14%
先に行った焼成後、比表面積は24m2/gである。
この実施例は、事前に調製されたセリウムおよび酸化ジルコニウムに基づく化合物に、メタタングステン酸塩溶液を含浸させる方法によって調製した組成物を記載する。
−酸化ジルコニウム:72%
−酸化タングステン:15%
先に行った焼成後、比表面積は44m2/gである。
この実施例は、本発明による酸化ジルコニウム、酸化セリウムおよび酸化タングステンに基づく組成物であって、該酸化物の質量比率が、それぞれ、74%、15%および11%である組成物に関する。
この実施例は、本発明による酸化ジルコニウム、酸化セリウムおよび酸化タングステンに基づく組成物であって、該酸化物の質量比率が、それぞれ、68%、20%および12%である組成物に関する。
−同じ条件下でのエージング後の結晶構造
−組成物の800℃、空気中での焼成後のアンモニア吸着容量
−先に記載した条件化での評価中に測定したNOxの変換率
Claims (14)
- セリウム、ジルコニウムおよびタングステンに基づく組成物であって、酸化物として表される以下の質量含有量、
−酸化セリウム:5%から30%の間;
−酸化タングステン:2%から17%の間;
−残りは酸化ジルコニウム;
を有し、および10%の水を含む空気雰囲気中750℃でエージングした後、正方晶系ジルコニア相と単斜晶系ジルコニア相とを含む2相結晶構造を有し、タングステンを含む結晶相は存在しないことを特徴とする、組成物。 - 前記エージングの後、少なくとも30m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記エージングの後、少なくとも40m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 正方晶系ジルコニア相および単斜晶系ジルコニア相の正方晶相ピークの強度(約30°での2−シータピーク)/単斜晶相ピークの強度(約28.2°での2−シータピーク)の比が少なくとも5である2相結晶構造
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3の一項に記載の組成物。 - 請求項1から4の一項に記載の組成物を製造する方法であって、以下のステップ:
−(a)硫酸塩アニオンとジルコニウム塩を含む水溶液を、ZrO2/SO3比が1/0.40と1/0.52との間になる割合で調製するステップ、
−(b)該溶液を25℃未満の温度に冷却するステップ、
−(c)アモルファス水酸化ジルコニウムを析出させるために、アルカリ性化合物を加えるステップ、
−(d)該水酸化ジルコニウムをろ別し、および水またはアルカリ性化合物で洗浄し、残留する硫酸塩を除去するステップ、
−(e)ステップ(d)で得た水酸化ジルコニウムを、タングステン塩または化合物の溶液または懸濁液と混合するステップ、
−(f)ステップ(e)で得た混合物を6バール以下の圧力で水熱処理に供し、これにより、タングステンおよび水酸化ジルコニウムに基づく化合物を得、これを乾燥して固体状態にする、または懸濁液の形態のままとするステップ、
−(g)タングステンおよび水酸化ジルコニウムに基づく固体の化合物にセリウム塩もしくは化合物の溶液もしくは懸濁液を含浸する、またはタングステンおよび水酸化ジルコニウムに基づく化合物を、懸濁液の形態で、セリウム塩もしくは化合物の溶液もしくは懸濁液と混合するステップ、
−(h)含浸後、タングステンおよび水酸化ジルコニウムに基づく化合物を、焼成する、またはステップ(g)で得られた、タングステンおよび水酸化ジルコニウムに基づく化合物をセリウム塩もしくは化合物の溶液もしくは懸濁液と混合することにより得られた懸濁液を、乾燥し、焼成するステップ
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - ステップ(e)の後、得られた混合物のpHを、酸を加えることにより、6から8の間の値に調整することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ステップ(h)において、懸濁液の乾燥を噴霧によって行うことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4の一項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする、SCR用触媒系。
- 請求項1から4の一項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする、内燃機関またはガスタービンから発生するガスを処理するための触媒系。
- ゼオライトも含むことを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の触媒系。
- ガスを窒素還元剤と接触させることによって、酸化窒素を窒素に変換するためにガスを処理する方法であって、請求項1から4および8から10の一項に記載の触媒系または組成物を使用することを特徴とする、方法。
- 窒素還元剤としてアンモニアまたは尿素を使用することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ガス中に含まれる一酸化炭素および炭化水素類の接触酸化のためにガスを処理する方法であって、請求項1から4の一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする、方法。
- 自動車エンジンの排ガスを処理することを特徴とする、請求項11から13の一項に記載の方法。
