34.1部の2,5−ジメトキシ−4−(β−スルファトエチルスルホニル)−アニリンを、70部の氷/水及び18部の30%強度の塩酸の中に懸濁させ、17.5部の40%強度の亜硝酸ナトリウム溶液を滴下により添加することによって、ジアゾ化を実施する。アミドスルホン酸溶液を用いて過剰の亜硝酸塩を除去してから、得られたジアゾ懸濁液を、69.1部の式(16−1)の赤色のモノアゾ染料の水溶液の中にポンプ注入する。
次いで、25℃未満で、炭酸ナトリウムを使用してpHを5〜6に設定し、その混合物をほぼ1時間維持して、カップリング反応を終了させる。そのようにして得られた、式(13−1)の青色がかった赤色のジスアゾ染料の水溶液を、
次いで27.5部の硫酸銅(II)五水和物と混合し、pH3.5〜5.5で、還流温度(100〜102℃)で16〜24時間加熱する。
28.1部の4−(β−スルファトエチルスルホニル)−アニリンを、70部の氷/水及び18部の30%強度の塩酸の中に懸濁させ、17.5部の40%強度の亜硝酸ナトリウム溶液を滴下により加えて、ジアゾ化させる。アミドスルホン酸溶液を用いて過剰の亜硝酸塩を除去してから、得られたジアゾ懸濁液を式(16−1)の69.1部の赤色モノアゾ染料の水溶液の中にポンプ注入するが、この染料は、酸性媒体中で17.5部の40%強度の亜硝酸ナトリウム溶液を用いて、36.1部の2−アミノ−5−(β−スルファトエチルスルホニル)−ベンゼンスルホン酸をジアゾ化させ、次いで、pH1〜1.5で25.3部の4−ヒドロキシ−7−(メチル−アミノ)−ナフタレン−2−スルホン酸とカップリングさせることによって得られたものである。次いで、25℃未満で、炭酸ナトリウムを使用してpHを5に設定し、そのバッチを約1時間維持して、カップリング反応を終了させる。そのようにして得られた、式(13−2)の赤褐色のジスアゾ染料の水溶液を、
次いで水を添加することによって10℃にまで冷却する。25部の硫酸銅(II)五水和物を加え、pH3.5〜4.5で、40部の35%強度の過酸化水素溶液を滴下により15分かけて加える。15〜20℃で15〜30分間撹拌を続けてから、炭酸ナトリウムを徐々に添加することによってpHを5〜6に設定する。
a)28.1部の4−(β−スルファトエチルスルホニル)−アニリンを、70部の氷/水及び18部の30%強度の塩酸の中に懸濁させ、17.5部の40%強度の亜硝酸ナトリウム溶液を滴下により加えて、ジアゾ化させる。アミドスルホン酸溶液を用いて過剰の亜硝酸塩を除去してから、得られたジアゾ懸濁液を、33.3部の4−ヒドロキシ−7−(スルホメチル−アミノ)−ナフタレン−2−スルホン酸(このものは、23.9部の7−アミノ−4−ヒドロキシ−ナフタレン−2−スルホン酸を、15部のホルムアルデヒド−重亜硫酸ナトリウムと、水性媒体中、pH5.5〜6、45℃で反応させることによって得られたものである)の水溶液と混合し、固体の炭酸水素ナトリウムを使用してpH1.5に調節する。それに続けて、pH1.5で15〜20℃で撹拌して、その酸性カップリング反応を終了させる。
20.5部の3−アミノ−4−メトキシ−ベンゼンスルホン酸を、80部の氷/水及び18部の30%強度の塩酸の中に懸濁させ、17.5部の40%強度の亜硝酸ナトリウム溶液を滴下により添加してジアゾ化させる。アミドスルホン酸溶液を用いて過剰の亜硝酸塩を除去してから、得られたジアゾ懸濁液を、69.1部の実施例1の記載に従って得られた式(16−1)の赤色モノアゾ染料の水溶液にポンプ注入する。次いで、炭酸ナトリウムを使用してpHを7〜8に設定し、20〜25℃に維持して、カップリング反応を終了させる。そのようにして得られた、式(13−3)の赤褐色のジスアゾ染料の水溶液を、
次いで27.5部の硫酸銅(II)五水和物と混合し、pH3.5〜5.5で、還流温度(100〜102℃)で16〜24時間加熱する。
以下の実施例において、実施例1〜4に従って調製することが可能な、さらなる本発明による一般式(I)の染料の説明をするが、それらはそれぞれ、ナトリウム塩(M=Na)の形態で与えられている。たとえば綿の上で、反応性染料の場合に慣用される染色方法に従えば、それらの染料は、紫色〜青色の染色を与える。
2部の実施例1により得られた染料と50部の塩化ナトリウムとを999部の水に溶解させ、さらに5部の炭酸ナトリウム、0.7部の水酸化ナトリウム(32.5%強度水溶液の形態)、そして必要があれば1部の湿潤剤を添加する。この染浴に100gの綿織布を加える。染浴の温度は最初の10分間は25℃に維持し、次いで、30分かけて最終温度(40〜80℃)まで上げ、その温度でさらに60〜90分間維持する。その後で、染色した品物を、飲料水を用いて2分間、次いで脱イオン水を用いて5分間水洗する。その染色した品物を、50%強度の酢酸を1部含む水溶液1000部中に40℃で10分間入れて中和する。これに続けて、70℃で脱イオン水を用いて水洗し、次いで、沸騰温度で15分間洗濯用洗剤を用いてセッケン洗いをし、再び水洗し、乾燥させる。これにより、極めて良好な堅牢性を有する、着色が強い青色の染色が得られる。
4部の実施例1の染料と50部の塩化ナトリウムとを998部の水に溶解させ、さらに5部の炭酸ナトリウム、2部の水酸化ナトリウム(32.5%強度水溶液の形態)、そして必要があれば1部の湿潤剤を添加する。この染浴に100gの綿織布を加える。さらなる処理は、染着例1に記載した通りである。これにより、極めて良好な堅牢性を有する、着色が強い青色の染色が得られる。
シルケット綿からなるシート状の織物構造物を、35g/Lのか焼炭酸ナトリウム、100g/Lの尿素及び150g/Lの低粘度のアルギン酸Na溶液(6%)を含む液でパジングし、次いで乾燥させる。液の付着率は70%である。

シルケット綿からなるシート状の織物構造物を、35g/Lのか焼炭酸ナトリウム、100g/Lの尿素及び150g/Lの低粘度のアルギン酸Na溶液(6%)を含む液でパジングし、次いで乾燥させる。液の付着率は70%である。このようにして前処理した織物を、以下のものを含む水性インキを用いて捺染するが、
