Description
下記の5ステップを経て難燃性プラスチック成形品を製造する。
樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して20〜30重量%のメチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂(メチロールメラミン樹脂またはメチロールフェノール樹脂)、樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して10〜25重量%の無機系難燃材(水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、ほう酸亜鉛、りん酸アンモニウムのうちの2種以上を混合し、メチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂の重量に対して30〜50重量%を用いる)、樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して1〜10重量%の溶剤としてのメタノールまたはホルムアルデヒド、樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して50〜60重量%の精製水を混合し、加温溶解して樹脂水溶液を製造するステップ。
ガラス繊維を樹脂水溶液に含浸して塗布するステップ。
含浸されたガラス繊維を100℃以下の温度で乾燥するステップ。
乾燥されたガラス繊維を120〜200℃で15〜200kgf/cm2の圧力で成形するステップ。
成形品を4〜20kgf/cm2の圧力を加えた状態で40℃以下で冷却するステップ。
メチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂20〜40重量%
無機系難燃材10〜30重量%
ガラス繊維30〜60重量%。
Claims (8)
- a)メチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂及び無機系難燃材を混合し、溶剤を投入して分散させた後、水に希釈して樹脂水溶液を製造するステップと、
b)前記樹脂水溶液に難燃繊維を含浸するステップと、
c)含浸された難燃繊維を乾燥させるステップと、
d)乾燥された難燃繊維を成形するステップと、
e)成形されたプラスチックを冷却させるステップと、
を含み、
前記ステップa)は、樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して20〜30重量%のメチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂及び樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して10〜25重量%の無機系難燃材を混合し、樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して1〜10重量%の溶剤を投入して分散させた後、樹脂水溶液の総重量に対して50〜60重量%の水に希釈するものであることを特徴とする難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。 - 前記ステップb)は、難燃繊維が、ガラス繊維または炭素繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
- 前記ステップc)は、含浸された難燃繊維を100℃以下の温度で乾燥するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
- 前記ステップd)は、乾燥された難燃繊維を120〜200℃の温度で15〜200kgf/cm2の圧力で成形するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
- 前記ステップe)は、成形されたプラスチックを、20kgf/cm2以下の圧力を加えた状態で、40℃以下の温度で冷却するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
- 前記メチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂は、メチロールメラミンまたはメチロールフェノール樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
- 前記無機系難燃材は、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、ほう酸亜鉛、りん酸トリアンモニウム及び三酸化アンチモンよりなる群から選ばれる2種以上からなり、その量が、メチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂の重量に対して30〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された難燃性繊維強化プラスチック成形品において、
前記難燃性繊維強化プラスチック成形品は、成形品の総重量に対して20〜40重量%のメチロール基を含む熱硬化性樹脂、成形品の総重量に対して10〜30重量%の無機系難燃材及び成形品の総重量に対して30〜60重量%の難燃繊維を含むことを特徴とする難燃性繊維強化プラスチック成形品。
