Description

Claims (1)
- 一対のリードに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの放射発生フィラメントを包囲し、内面及び外面を有する電球と、
前記一対のリードを受け入れるように構成されたランプベースと、
少なくとも0.020インチ(0.0508cm)の壁厚を有し、前記ランプベースを囲む銅又はアルミニウムのスリーブであって、基板処理チャンバ内で少なくとも1100℃までの温度に基板を加熱するのに使用するよう適応された銅又はアルミニウムのスリーブと、
前記銅又はアルミニウムのスリーブの内側に設けられ、少なくとも前記一対のリード、前記ランプペース、そして前記電球の一部を囲むポッティングコンパウンドと、
を備え、熱を、前記ポッティングコンパウンドを囲む管の長さに沿って且つポッティングコンパウンドを通して流すようにしたことを特徴とするランプアセンブリ。
