Claims (32)
- タッチスクリーンディスプレイを伴うポータブル電子装置の制御方法であって、
ボイスメールメッセージのリストを表示するステップと、
前記リストにおける各ボイスメールメッセージの、ユーザによる選択を検出するステップと、
各ボイスメールメッセージの前記ユーザ選択に応答して、そのユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージの再生を開始するステップと、
前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージに対する進行バーを表示するステップであって、前記進行バーは、前記ユーザ選択されて再生されているボイスメールメッセージの部分を指示する、ステップと、
前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上の進行バーとの指接触を検出するステップであって、前記進行バーは、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上の第1方向にスライドするように構成される、ステップと、
前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上の前記進行バーから前記進行バー以外の位置への前記指接触の連続的な移動を検出するステップであって、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイの前記指接触の連続的な移動は、前記第1方向に平行な成分と、前記第1方向に垂直な成分を有する、ステップと、
前記検出された連続的な移動に応答して、前記第1方向に平行な前記指接触の移動の前記成分に基づいて前記進行バーをスライドさせるステップと、

前記スクロールジェスチャーに応答して、ボイスメールメッセージの前記リストをスクロールすることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のポータブル電子装置。 - 前記スクロールジェスチャーは、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上でのユーザの指の実質的に垂直の移動を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 前記スクロールジェスチャーは、前記タッチスクリーン上での水平位置を有し、前記スクロールジェスチャーを検出することは、前記タッチスクリーン上でのジェスチャーの水平位置とは無関係である、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 各ボイスメールメッセージの、ユーザによる選択を検出することは、各ボイスメールメッセージ上でのユーザの指によるタップジェスチャーを検出することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 各ボイスメールメッセージのユーザ選択に応答して、前記リストにおける各ボイスメールメッセージをハイライト状態にする、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 戻しアイコン及びスピードアップアイコンを備え、
前記戻しアイコンの、ユーザによる選択を検出するのに応答して、そのユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージが所定量だけ戻して再生され、
前記スピードアップアイコンの、ユーザによる選択を検出するのに応答して、前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージの再生スピードが増加される、
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のポータブル電子装置。 - 前記所定量は、1ないし5秒である、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 前記再生スピードの増加は、再生スピードを少なくとも50%増加することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 増加された再生スピードで再生されるボイスメールメッセージに対して、再生の音声周波数又はピッチを調整する、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- タッチスクリーンディスプレイと、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
メモリと、
前記メモリに記憶されて、前記1つ以上のプロセッサによって実行されるように構成された1つ以上のプログラムと、を備え、
前記1つ以上のプログラムは、前記1つ以上のプロセッサに請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載された方法の各ステップを実行させるためのプログラムであることを特徴とするポータブル電子装置。 - コンピュータに請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを格納したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
- タッチスクリーンディスプレイを伴うポータブル電子装置であって、
ボイスメールメッセージのリストを表示する手段と、
前記リスト内の各ボイスメールメッセージの、ユーザによる選択を検出する手段と、
各ボイスメールメッセージの前記ユーザ選択に応答して、そのユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージの再生を開始する手段と、
前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージに対する進行バーを表示する手段であって、前記進行バーは、再生された前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージの部分を指示する、手段と、
前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上の前記進行バーから前記進行バー以外の位置への指接触の連続的な移動を検出する手段であって、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上の前記指接触の連続的な移動は、前記第1方向に平行な成分と、前記第1方向に垂直な成分を有する、手段と、
前記検出された連続的な移動に応答して、前記第1方向に平行な前記指接触の移動の前記成分に基づいて前記進行バーをスライドさせる手段と、
前記スライドされた進行バーの位置に対応して前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージ内の位置で前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージの再生を再スタートさせる手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするポータブル電子装置。 - スクロールジェスチャーを検出する手段と、
前記スクロールジェスチャーに応答して、ボイスメールメッセージのリストをスクロールする手段と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のポータブル電子装置。 - 前記スクロールジェスチャーは、前記タッチスクリーンディスプレイ上でのユーザの指の実質的に垂直の移動を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項24に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 前記スクロールジェスチャーは、前記タッチスクリーン上での水平位置を有し、前記スクロールジェスチャーを検出することは、前記タッチスクリーン上でのジェスチャーの水平位置とは無関係である、ことを特徴とする請求項24に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 各ボイスメールメッセージの、ユーザによる選択を検出する前記手段は、各ボイスメールメッセージ上でのユーザの指によるタップジェスチャーを検出する、ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 各ボイスメールメッセージのユーザ選択に応答する前記手段は、前記リストにおける各ボイスメールメッセージをハイライト状態にすることを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 戻しアイコンの、ユーザによる選択を検出する手段と、
前記戻しアイコンの前記ユーザ選択に応答して、そのユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージを所定量だけ戻して再生する手段と、
スピードアップアイコンの、ユーザによる選択を検出する手段と、
スピードアップアイコンの前記ユーザ選択に応答して、前記ユーザ選択されたボイスメールメッセージの再生スピードを増加する手段と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のポータブル電子装置。 - 前記所定量は、1ないし5秒である、ことを特徴とする請求項29に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 再生スピードを増加することは、再生スピードを少なくとも50%増加することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項29に記載のポータブル電子装置。
- 増加された再生スピードで再生されるボイスメールメッセージに対して、再生の音声周波数又はピッチを調整する手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のポータブル電子装置。
