Claims (23)
- 対象者をモニタリングするシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記対象者の測定された呼吸関連動作から導出された呼吸パラメータを含む信号を出力するように構成されたセンサと、
前記信号を受信し、測定された前記呼吸関連動作に相当する少なくとも複数の振幅の包絡線をメモリに格納するように構成されたアナライザであって、前記アナライザが、現在の期間にわたって前記包絡線に関連するパラメータを導出するように構成されている、アナライザと、
過去に導出されたパラメータを備えるデータベースの中に、前記対象者から導出されるパラメータを格納するデータベースと、
過去に導出されたパラメータ、及び、現在の期間の導出されたパラメータに規則を適用し、前記対象者の健康評価を提供する出力を提供するように構成されたプロセッサと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記アナライザに動作可能に結合された心臓センサをさらに備え、前記データベースが、過去に導出されたパラメータのデータベースの中に、検出された心臓パラメータから導出された複数の心臓特徴を格納するようにさらに構成され、

- 前記アナライザが、前記呼吸パラメータを使って周期性変動呼吸の特性期間を決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記呼吸パラメータが、前記対象者の呼吸数を含む、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記アナライザが、前記呼吸パラメータに少なくとも基づいて、臨床的介入ステップを提案し出力する前記メモリに格納された1組の自動化規則を適用するように構成された、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記アナライザが、前記呼吸パラメータに少なくとも基づいて、有意な臨床的悪化が発生している見込みを算出するように構成された、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記呼吸パラメータの傾向が可視化され得るように、前記アナライザに動作可能に結合されたディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記センサによって出力される前記信号が、呼吸特徴、心臓特徴、及び身体運動特徴を含む複合信号を含み、前記アナライザが、前記呼吸特徴、前記心臓特徴、及び前記身体運動特徴を選択的に組み合わせて、前記対象者の健康評価を提供する前記出力を決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記アナライザは、1日または複数日にわたる複数の過去の期間の前記対象者の測定された呼吸関連動作に相当する包絡線をメモリに格納するようにさらに構成されており、前記アナライザは、前記複数の過去の期間及び現在の期間の分析に基づいて前記対象者の健康評価を提供する、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 対象者をモニタリングするコンピュータ実施方法であって、
センサを使って、現在の期間にわたって前記対象者の呼吸関連動作を測定し、現在の期間にわたって測定された前記呼吸関連動作に相当する複数の振幅の包絡線に基づいて前記対象者の呼吸パラメータを決定すること、
プロセッサで、現在の期間にわたる包絡線から導出される複数の呼吸特徴を生成すること、
前記包絡線を使用し、前記プロセッサによって現在の期間中の前記対象者の生理学的測定値を表す出力を算出することと、
現在の期間中の前記対象者の前記生理学的測定値を前記対象者の過去の測定値に組み合わせ、前記プロセッサが、前記対象者の健康評価を提供することとを含む方法。 - 前記複数の呼吸特徴の1つ又は複数を、心臓測定値に基づく複数の特徴と組み合わせて、前記出力を導出することをさらに含む、請求項20に記載された方法。
- 前記複数の呼吸特徴の1つ又は複数を、前記対象者によって示される自覚症状データに基づく複数の特徴と組み合わせて、前記出力を導出することをさらに含む、請求項20に記載された方法。
- 前記複数の呼吸特徴の1つ又は複数を、体重、血圧、努力呼気肺活量、最大呼気流量、血中酸素濃度、血糖値、Bナトリウム利尿ペプチドの測定値、及びC反応性蛋白の測定値からなる群から選択される1つ又は複数の生理学的測定値と組み合わせて、前記出力を導出することをさらに含む、請求項20に記載された方法。
