Claims (11)
- 胸部ベルトを使用して呼吸努力信号を測定するステップ、及び
SpO2センサを使用して心拍数情報を収集するステップ
を含む、対象者の心呼吸系情報を収集するステップと、
前記呼吸努力信号から活動記録の特徴を得るステップを含む、前記心呼吸系情報から特徴を抽出するステップと、
抽出した前記特徴の少なくともいくつかを使用することによって前記対象者の睡眠段階を決定するステップと、
前記決定した睡眠段階に基づいて、前記対象者の推定合計睡眠時間を決定するステップと、
前記推定合計睡眠時間を使用して、前記対象者の睡眠統計を決定するステップとを含む、対象者の睡眠統計を決定する方法。 - 前記決定した睡眠段階に基づいて、前記対象者の推定合計睡眠時間を決定するステップが、
各睡眠段階の持続時間を推定するステップと、
前記睡眠段階の前記持続時間を合計するステップとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記対象者の心呼吸系情報を収集するステップが、自宅睡眠検査デバイスを介して心呼吸系情報を収集するステップを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記心呼吸系情報から特徴を抽出するステップが、心拍数変動の特徴、呼吸変動の特徴、又は身体運動の少なくとも1つを抽出するステップを更に含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記対象者の心呼吸系情報を収集するステップが、胸部ベルト及びSpO2センサを使用して呼吸努力信号を測定するステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加速度計を介して前記対象者の身体運動に関する情報を収集するステップを更に含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 呼吸胸部ベルト及びSpO2センサの1つ又は複数から受信した情報を介して、身体運動に関する情報を決定するステップを更に含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記決定した睡眠段階の1つ又は複数の指示を前記対象者に提供するステップを更に含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するプログラムコードを備える、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項9に記載のコンピュータプログラムで符号化された、非一時的機械可読媒体。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するようにプログラミングされたプロセッサを有する、睡眠モニタリングデバイス。
