Claims (13)
- 患者の心呼吸機能を監視する装置であって、前記装置は、
患者の舌の舌下静脈又は舌下静脈血管系に配置され、向けられ又は近接されて、該舌下静脈又は舌下静脈血管系からの光を検出すると共に、該検出された光に基づいてセンサ出力信号を発生する舌下センサユニットと、
前記センサ出力信号を受信する処理ユニットと、
を有し、
前記処理ユニットは、受信された前記センサ出力信号を、前記センサ出力信号における静脈成分の0.08Hzから0.5Hzの間の範囲の低周波数変動を識別する1以上のデータ処理アルゴリズムにより処理して、前記患者の心呼吸値を決定し、また、静脈成分の0.5Hzから4Hzの間の範囲の高周波数変動を識別して、心拍数、心拍数変動及び/又は酸素飽和度を決定し、
前記心呼吸値が、チェーンストークス呼吸、閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸、中枢性睡眠時無呼吸、閉塞性フローリミテーション、咳、ペース呼吸及び口すぼめ呼吸のうちの少なくとも1つについての値を有する、装置。 - 前記センサユニットが、前記患者の舌の基部に近い領域に向けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。

前記舌下センサユニットが前記舌下静脈又は舌下静脈血管系からの光を検出してセンサ出力信号を発生するステップと、
前記処理ユニットが、受信された前記センサ出力信号を、前記センサ出力信号における静脈成分の0.08Hzから0.5Hzの間の範囲の低周波数変動を識別する1以上のデータ処理アルゴリズムにより処理して、前記患者の心呼吸値を決定し、また、静脈成分の0.5Hzから4Hzの間の範囲の高周波数変動を識別して、心拍数、心拍数変動及び/又は酸素飽和度を決定するステップと、
を有し、
前記心呼吸値が、チェーンストークス呼吸、閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸、中枢性睡眠時無呼吸、閉塞性フローリミテーション、咳、ペース呼吸及び口すぼめ呼吸のうちの少なくとも1つについての値を有する、
方法。 - 前記装置はセンサ装置を更に有し、前記センサ装置が、動き;圧力;温度;及び音のうちの少なくとも1つの値を感知して補助センサ出力信号を発生するステップを更に有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 通信ネットワークからダウンロード可能であり、及び/又はコンピュータ読取可能な媒体及び/又はコンピュータ実行可能な媒体に記憶されるコンピュータプログラムであって、少なくとも1つのプロセッサにより実行された場合に請求項11又は12に記載の方法を実施するコンピュータプログラムコード命令を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
