Description
Claims (13)
- 電動アクチュエータであって、
駆動装置及び該駆動装置に作動可能に結合された駆動軸であって、前記駆動装置が第1の回転方向に回転することによって、前記駆動軸が第1の直線方向に移動し、前記駆動装置が第2の回転方向に回転することによって、前記駆動軸が前記第1の直線方向に対向する第2の直線方向に移動する、駆動装置および駆動軸であって、前記駆動軸は流体弁の流れ制御部材を動かすように構成された駆動装置および駆動軸と、
前記駆動装置に作動可能に結合された付勢要素であって、該付勢要素は前記駆動軸が前記流体弁に向かって動くときに、撓まされない状態にあり、前記電動アクチュエータへの電力が除去されたときに、負荷を前記駆動軸に提供するために、前記駆動軸がストローク位置の端部に到達すると、前記駆動装置の少なくとも一部は、前記付勢要素を撓ませるように前記付勢要素に向かって軸方向に移動させる、付勢要素と、を備える電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記駆動軸は、駆動歯車に作動可能に係合され、前記駆動歯車は前記第1の方向に回転すると、前記駆動軸を第1の直線方向に移動させ、前記駆動歯車は前記第2の方向に回転すると、前記駆動軸を第2の直線方向に移動させる、
前記駆動歯車と座面の間には、付勢要素が配備され、前記駆動歯車が前記第1の方向に回転し、前記駆動軸が前記第1の直線方向でのストローク位置の端部に到達すると、前記駆動歯車が前記駆動軸を中心に前記第1の方向に回転し続け、前記駆動軸に対して軸方向に前記第1の直線位置から前記第2の直線位置に移動して、前記付勢要素を撓ませる、請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記駆動軸は、前記駆動装置に第2の端部で作動可能に結合され、流体弁の流れ制御部材に第1の端部で作動可能に結合される、請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動装置は、モータの出力軸と駆動歯車との間に配置された中間歯車を介して前記駆動歯車に作動可能に結合された前記モータを備える、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動歯車は、前記駆動軸の螺刻された部分を螺合可能に受け入れるために螺刻された孔を含む、請求項4に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動歯車は、前記駆動装置が前記中間歯車を前記第1の回転方向に回転させ、前記駆動軸が前記ストローク位置の端部にあるとき、前記中間歯車に対して軸方向に移動する、請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- スラスト軸受が、前記駆動歯車と前記付勢要素との間に配置される、請求項4に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記付勢要素は、ばねを備える、請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記付勢要素は、前記駆動装置の筐体内に配置される、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記付勢要素は、前記駆動装置の筐体と一体形成される、請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記筐体の少なくとも一部は可撓性の材料で作成されて、前記駆動装置によって係合されたときに力を生じる、請求項10に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動歯車は、第1の端部における係合部、及び第2の端部における窪んだ開口を有する本体を備える、請求項2又は4乃至7の何れかに記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動歯車の前記窪んだ開口内に少なくとも一部が配置されるスラスト軸受けを備えた、請求項12に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
