Description
Claims (9)
- 電動アクチュエータとともに使用するための結合装置であって、
流体弁の流体流れ制御部材と前記電動アクチュエータの駆動装置を作動可能に結合させるために結合組立体を備え、
前記電動アクチュエータの前記駆動装置の螺刻された出力軸に螺合可能に結合されて、前記出力軸の回転動作を前記結合組立体の直線方向の動作に変換する駆動部材と、
前記駆動部材を摺動可能に受け入れるために開口を有する本体を備えた筐体と、
前記筐体の表面と前記駆動部材の間にて、前記筐体の開口内に配置される付勢要素であって、前記流体流れ制御部材が前記流体弁の弁座と密封的に係合し、かつ前記電動アクチュエータへの電力が除去されたときに、撓まされて着座負荷を前記流体流れ制御部材に提供する付勢要素とを備える、結合装置。 - 前記筐体の前記本体は、第1の端部と第2の端部を含み、前記開口は前記第1の端部と第2の端部の間に形成されて、前記第1の端部は前記駆動部材に摺動可能に連結されて、前記第2の端部は前記流体流れ制御部材に作動可能に結合された弁茎に作動可能に接続された、請求項1に記載の結合装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記流体流れ制御部材に作動可能に結合された前記弁茎を螺合可能に受け入れるために、前記筐体の前記第1の端部に隣接する段付面および前記筐体の前記第2の端部に隣接する螺刻された部分を含む、請求項2に記載の結合装置。
- 前記駆動部材は、内側に螺刻された穴、および前記駆動部材と前記筐体を作動可能に結合させるために、前記筐体の前記段付面を係合する第3の端部に隣接するフランジを有する本体を備える、請求項3に記載の結合装置。
- 前記弁茎を前記筐体に結合させるために、前記筐体の前記螺刻された部分によって受け入れられる挿入部材をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の結合装置。
- 前記付勢要素は、前記駆動部材の前記フランジと前記挿入部材との間の前記筐体の前記開口内に配置され、前記付勢要素は、前記流れ制御部材が前記弁座と密封的に係合され、かつ前記駆動部材の前記フランジが前記筐体の前記段付面から離れるように移動する場合、撓まされる、請求項5に記載の結合装置。
- 前記駆動装置は、前記駆動部材を第1の位置と第2の位置と第3の位置との間で移動させ、
前記駆動部材が前記第3の位置にあるとき、前記電動アクチュエータへの電力が除去された場合に、前記付勢要素は撓んで、着座負荷を前記流体弁の弁座と密封的に係合された流体流れ制御部材に加える、請求項6に記載の結合装置。 - 前記挿入部材は、前記弁茎を螺合可能に受け入れるために外側に螺刻された本体および内側に螺刻された穴を含む、請求項7に記載の結合装置。
- 前記付勢要素は、ベルビルばねを備える、請求項8に記載の結合装置。
