Claims (8)
- スプール挿入孔(32)を内部に有し、そのスプール挿入孔(32)に連通する入力ポート(37)、出力ポート(38)およびドレインポート(39)が設けられたバルブボディ(31)と、
前記スプール挿入孔(32)にスライド自在に挿入され、軸方向への移動によって前記各ポートの連通と遮断を行うスプール(40)と、
前記スプール(40)を軸方向に駆動する電動モータ(12)と、
前記電動モータ(12)の回転運動を前記スプール(40)の軸方向への直線運動に変換し、電動モータ(12)の一方向への回転によって前記入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを連通すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを遮断する第1の位置と、電動モータ(12)の他方向への回転によって入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを遮断すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを連通する第2の位置とにスプール(40)を変位させるボールねじ(21)と、
前記スプール(40)を第2の位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材(46)と、
を有してなるスプールバルブにおいて、
前記弾性部材(46)が、圧縮コイルばねからなり、その圧縮コイルばねの両端に一対の折曲げ片(46a,46b)を設け、一方の折曲げ片(46a)を軸方向への折曲げ片として前記スプール(40)の端面に形成された軸方向孔(47)にスライド可能に挿入し、他方の折曲げ片(46b)を前記バルブボディ(31)に係止してスプール(40)およびボールねじ(21)における直動部材の回り止めとしたことを特徴とするスプールバルブ。 - スプール挿入孔(32)を内部に有し、そのスプール挿入孔(32)に連通する入力ポート(37)、出力ポート(38)およびドレインポート(39)が設けられたバルブボディ(31)と、
前記スプール挿入孔(32)にスライド自在に挿入され、軸方向への移動によって前記各ポートの連通と遮断を行うスプール(40)と、
前記スプール(40)を軸方向に駆動する電動モータ(12)と、
前記電動モータ(12)の回転運動を前記スプール(40)の軸方向への直線運動に変換し、電動モータ(12)の一方向への回転によって前記入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを連通すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを遮断する第1の位置と、電動モータ(12)の他方向への回転によって入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを遮断すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを連通する第2の位置とにスプール(40)を変位させるボールねじ(21)と、

前記スプール(40)における先端面の偏心位置にガイドピン(67)を突設し、そのガイドピン(67)をバルブボディ(31)の端板(33)に形成されたピン孔(68)にスライド自在に挿入してスプール(40)およびそのスプール(40)を軸方向に移動させるボールねじ(21)の直動部材の回り止めとしたことを特徴とするスプールバルブ。 - スプール挿入孔(32)を内部に有し、そのスプール挿入孔(32)に連通する入力ポート(37)、出力ポート(38)およびドレインポート(39)が設けられたバルブボディ(31)と、
前記スプール挿入孔(32)にスライド自在に挿入され、軸方向への移動によって前記各ポートの連通と遮断を行うスプール(40)と、
前記スプール(40)を軸方向に駆動する電動モータ(12)と、
前記電動モータ(12)の回転運動を前記スプール(40)の軸方向への直線運動に変換し、電動モータ(12)の一方向への回転によって前記入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを連通すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを遮断する第1の位置と、電動モータ(12)の他方向への回転によって入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを遮断すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを連通する第2の位置とにスプール(40)を変位させるボールねじ(21)と、
前記スプール(40)を第2の位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材(46)と、
を有してなるスプールバルブにおいて、
前記スプール(40)における先端面の中心に断面非円形のガイドピン(69)を突設し、そのガイドピン(69)をバルブボディ(31)の端板(33)に形成された非円形のピン孔(70)にスライド自在に挿入してスプール(40)およびそのスプール(40)を軸方向に移動させるボールねじ(21)の直動部材の回り止めとしたことを特徴とするスプールバルブ。 - 前記ボールねじ(21)が、外周にねじ溝(23)が形成されたねじ軸(22)と、そのねじ軸(22)に嵌合され、内周にねじ溝(25)が設けられたナット(24)と、そのナット(24)のねじ溝(25)とねじ軸(22)のねじ溝(23)間に組み込まれたボール(26)とからなり、前記ねじ軸(22)とナット(24)の一方を前記電動モータ(12)により定位置で回転される回転部材とし、他方を軸方向に移動される直動部材とし、その直動部材でスプール(40)を軸方向に移動させるようにした請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記電動モータ(12)の回転を減速してボールねじ(21)の回転部材に伝達する遊星歯車式減速機構(80)を設けた請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- 前記電動モータ(12)をボールねじ(21)に対して並列配置とし、その電動モータ(12)の回転を平歯車式減速機構(85)で減速してボールねじ(21)の回転部材に伝達した請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のスプールバルブ。
- スプール挿入孔(32)を内部に有し、そのスプール挿入孔(32)に連通する入力ポート(37)、出力ポート(38)およびドレインポート(39)が設けられたバルブボディ(31)と、
前記スプール挿入孔(32)にスライド自在に挿入され、軸方向への移動によって前記各ポートの連通と遮断を行うスプール(40)と、
前記スプール(40)を軸方向に駆動する電動モータ(12)と、
前記電動モータ(12)の回転運動を前記スプール(40)の軸方向への直線運動に変換し、電動モータ(12)の一方向への回転によって前記入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを連通すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを遮断する第1の位置と、電動モータ(12)の他方向への回転によって入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを遮断すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを連通する第2の位置とにスプール(40)を変位させるボールねじ(21)と、
前記スプール(40)を第2の位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材(46)と、
を有してなるスプールバルブにおいて、
前記スプール(40)が、前記ボールねじ(21)のナット(24)からなることを特徴とするスプールバルブ。 - スプール挿入孔(32)を内部に有し、そのスプール挿入孔(32)に連通する入力ポート(37)、出力ポート(38)およびドレインポート(39)が設けられたバルブボディ(31)と、
前記スプール挿入孔(32)にスライド自在に挿入され、軸方向への移動によって前記各ポートの連通と遮断を行うスプール(40)と、
前記スプール(40)を軸方向に駆動する電動モータ(12)と、
前記電動モータ(12)の回転運動を前記スプール(40)の軸方向への直線運動に変換し、電動モータ(12)の一方向への回転によって前記入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを連通すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを遮断する第1の位置と、電動モータ(12)の他方向への回転によって入力ポート(37)と出力ポート(38)とを遮断すると共に出力ポート(38)とドレインポート(39)とを連通する第2の位置とにスプール(40)を変位させるボールねじ(21)と、
前記スプール(40)を第2の位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材(46)と、
を有してなるスプールバルブにおいて、
前記ボールねじ(21)に代えてすべりねじを採用したことを特徴とするスプールバルブ。
