Description
PET透明基板を用意し、次に、PET透明基板の上表面及び下表面に対して同時に以下の工程を行った。タイコート層として、厚み約20nmのニッケルクロム合金をPET透明基板にスパッタリングした。次に、ニッケル−クロム合金と銅との間の結合能力を強化するよう、誘電体層として、亜鉛−銅合金をタイコート層にスパッタリングした。
実施例2において、タイコート層は、酸素を含有するモリブデン化合物であり、且つ反射防止層の材料は、モリブデン酸化物であった。実施例2の製作方法及び他の各層の材料は、実施例1と同様であり、ここでは詳しく述べない。

Claims (13)
- 上表面及び該上表面に対応する下表面を有する透明基板と、
該透明基板の該上表面に設けられており、該透明基板の該上表面から順次に、クロメル合金で作られ、スパッタリングにより該透明基板の該上表面に設けられる第1タイコート層と、亜鉛―銅合金で作られ、スパッタリングにより該第1タイコート層に設けられる第1誘電体層と、銅で作られ、電気メッキにより該第1誘電体層に設けられる第1金属層と、ニッケル、亜鉛、または金属硫化物で作られ、電気メッキにより該第1金属層に設けられる第1反射防止層とを含み、該第1誘電体層は該第1タイコート層と該第1金属層との結合力を高めるために用いられ、該第1誘電体層は反射光又は散乱光を吸収するために用いられて、該第1金属層に光回折効果又はモアレ現象が起こるのを防ぎ、該第1反射防止層の色は該第1金属層に光反射効果が起こるのを防ぐために用いられることを特徴とする、第1メッシュ構造と、
該透明基板の該下表面に設けられており、該下表面から順次に、クロメル合金で作られ、スパッタリングにより該透明基板の該下表面に設けられる第2タイコート層と、亜鉛―銅合金で作られ、スパッタリングにより該第2タイコート層に設けられる第2誘電体層と、銅で作られ、電気メッキにより該第2誘電体層に設けられる第2金属層と、ニッケル、亜鉛、または金属硫化物で作られ、電気メッキにより該第2金属層に設けられる第2反射防止層とを含み、該第2誘電体層は該第2タイコート層と該第2金属層との結合力を高めるために用いられ、該第2誘電体層は反射光又は散乱光を吸収するために用いられて、該第2金属層に光回折効果又はモアレ現象が起こるのを防ぎ、該第2反射防止層は該第2金属層に光反射効果が起こるのを防ぐために用いられることを特徴とする第2メッシュ構造と、
を備える金属メッシュ構造を有する透明導電構造。 - 該第1、第2メッシュ構造の線幅は、約2〜15μmである請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該透明基板は、リジッド基板又は可撓性基板である請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該リジッド基板は、ガラス、ガラス繊維又は硬質プラスチックを含む請求項3に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該可撓性基板は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)を含む請求項3に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1誘電体層及び該第2誘電体層の厚みは、約1〜200nmである請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1反射防止層及び該第2反射防止層の厚みは、約5〜1,000nmである請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1金属層及び該第2金属層の厚みは、0.2〜3.0μmである請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1タイコート層及び該第2タイコート層の厚みは、約1〜200nmである請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1メッシュ構造は、該第1反射防止層を覆う第1保護層をさらに含み、また該第2メッシュ構造は、該第2反射防止層を覆う第2保護層をさらに含む請求項1に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1保護層及び該第2保護層の材料は、光学用透明接着剤(optical clear adhesive;OCA)である請求項10に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該光学用透明接着剤は、透明なアクリル系接着剤(transparent acrylic adhesive)である請求項11に記載の透明導電構造。
- 該第1保護層及び該第2保護層の厚みは、約10〜100μmである請求項10に記載の透明導電構造。
