Claims (6)
- 車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両は、
少なくとも駆動輪を含む車輪と、
前記駆動輪に連結された出力軸と、
内燃機関と、蓄電装置から電力線を介して供給される電力で駆動される第1回転電機および第2回転電機とを含み、前記出力軸を回転させる駆動力を発生する動力発生装置と、
前記内燃機関と前記第1回転電機と前記出力軸との間に設けられた遊星歯車機構と、前記第2回転電機と前記出力軸との間に設けられた変速機とを含む変速装置と、
前記蓄電装置と前記電力線との間の通電経路を開閉する開閉装置とを備え、
前記出力軸は、前記変速機を介さずに前記遊星歯車機構を介して前記内燃機関および前記第1回転電機に接続されるとともに、前記遊星歯車機構を介さずに前記変速機を介して前記第2回転電機に接続され、
前記制御装置は、
前記遊星歯車機構が故障した場合、前記動力発生装置の作動を停止させる停止部と、
前記動力発生装置の作動が停止された後、前記車輪の回転が停止したか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記動力発生装置の作動が停止された後、前記車輪の回転が停止したと前記判定部が判定するまでは前記開閉装置を閉じた状態に維持し、前記車輪の回転が停止したと前記判定部が判定した場合に前記開閉装置を開いた状態に切り替える制御部とを備える、車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記車輪の回転速度を検出する第1回転速度センサまたは前記出力軸の回転速度を検出する第2回転速度センサをさらに備え、
前記判定部は、前記第1回転速度センサの検出値または前記第2回転速度センサの検出値が所定値よりも低い場合に前記車輪の回転が停止したと判定する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記車輪の回転を抑止するためのパーキングロック機構をさらに備え、
前記判定部は、前記回転速度センサが異常である場合、前記パーキングロック機構によって前記車輪の回転が抑止されている場合に前記車両が停止したと判定する、請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記電力線に接続された電動式の補機装置をさらに備える、
前記制御部は、前記動力発生装置の作動が停止された後、前記車輪の回転が停止したと前記判定部が判定するまで前記開閉装置を閉じた状態に維持することによって、前記補機装置を作動可能な状態に維持する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記補機装置は、前記車両の操舵を制御する操舵装置および前記車両の制動力を制御するための制動装置の少なくともいずれかを含む、請求項4に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、前記内燃機関の動力によって作動される機械式オイルポンプをさらに備え、
前記変速機は、前記機械式オイルポンプからの油圧を用いて、前記第2回転電機と前記出力軸との間の変速比を複数の変速比のうちのいずれかの変速比に固定する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
