Description
仕上げ前材料の一部分に除去可能な感知層を施す工程、
仕上げ前材料のエッジを機械加工領域内に置く工程、
除去可能な感知層の位置を検知するために少なくとも1つのセンサを用いる工程、及び
検知された位置に基づいて加工機と仕上げ前材料のエッジの間の相対位置を調節する工程、
を含む方法である。
仕上げ前材料のエッジを、走行方向に沿い、機械加工領域を通して案内される工程、
をさらに含み、センサは走行方向に対して直交する軸に沿って除去可能な感知層の位置を検知する。
ガラスシートのエッジに沿って強磁性材料を施す工程、
ガラスシートのエッジを機械加工領域内に置く工程、
強磁性材料の位置を検知するために少なくとも1つの誘導性センサを用いる工程、及び
検知された位置に基づいて加工機とガラスシートのエッジの間の相対位置を調節する工程、
−相対位置はガラスシートに対して流体流を射出する少なくとも1つの流体ベアリングを用いて調節される、
を含む方法である。
ガラスシートのエッジを、走行方向に沿い、機械加工領域を通して案内する工程、
をさらに含み、走行方向に対して直交する軸に沿う強磁性材料の位置を少なくとも1つの誘導性センサが検知する。
仕上げ前材料の一部分に除去可能な感知層を施す工程、
仕上げ前材料のエッジを機械加工領域内に置く工程、
除去可能な感知層の位置を検知するために少なくとも1つのセンサを用いる工程、
検知された位置に基づいて加工機と仕上げ前材料のエッジの間の相対位置を調節する工程、
仕上げ前材料のエッジを機械加工する工程、及び
感知層を除去する工程、
を含む方法である。

Claims (8)
- シート状の仕上げ前材料のエッジを仕上げる方法において、
前記仕上げ前材料の一部分に感知層を施す工程、
前記仕上げ前材料の前記エッジを機械加工領域内に置く工程、
前記仕上げ前材料の厚さ方向の軸に沿う前記感知層の位置を検知するために少なくとも1つのセンサを用いる工程、及び
前記検知された位置に基づいて、加工機と前記仕上げ前材料の前記エッジの間の前記軸に沿う相対位置を調節する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記感知層が強磁性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記強磁性材料が強磁性テープを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサが、それぞれが前記感知層の対応する飛び飛びの個所の位置を検知する、複数のセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げ前材料の前記エッジを走行方向に沿って前記機械加工領域を通して案内する工程をさらに含み、前記走行方向が前記軸に直交する方向であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記相対位置を非接触型素子が調節することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記非接触型素子が、前記仕上げ前材料の前記エッジを、前記機械加工領域を通して案内しながら、前記相対位置を調節することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- コントローラが所定の位置と前記強磁性体材料の前記検知された位置に基づいて前記相対位置を自動調節することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の方法。
