Abstract
本发明是一种磨轮自动对中装置,主要包括PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制系统、伺服电机、位置传感器三部分。其特征是位置传感器将检测到的玻璃实际位置输入到PLC控制系统,PLC控制系统将数据输出给伺服电机调整金刚石磨轮的位置使玻璃能进入金刚石磨轮的最佳工作位置进行磨边加工。磨轮自动对中装置保证了玻璃磨边加工过程中玻璃始终能够在金刚石磨轮的最佳工作位置进行磨削,节省了操作人员调试的时间,极大提高了工作效率,金刚石磨轮性能得到体现,成品率提高,经济效益明显提升。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动玻璃磨边设备中磨轮的自动对中装置。适用于自动玻璃加工设备的磨边加工。
背景技术
当玻璃在高精度高要求的自动化设备上进行磨边加工时,面积大的玻璃由数个吸盘固定,由于吸盘的不同磨损程度及玻璃本身平面度的差异,导致需磨削的玻璃边缘进入金刚石磨轮磨削加工时的位置会有偏差,如果玻璃入金刚石磨轮的位置偏差严重,会导致玻璃成品率降低,金刚石磨轮在这种工作状态下消耗不均匀,磨轮的使用寿命下降,不能发挥自动化设备的高效率和优良金刚石磨轮的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明是一种为提高自动化玻璃磨边设备的效率,提高金刚石磨轮的使用寿命而设计磨轮自动对中装置

技术方案:本发明是一种磨轮自动对中装置,主要包括PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制系统、伺服电机、位置传感器三部分。
其特征是位置传感器将检测到的玻璃实际位置输入到PLC控制系统,PLC控制系统将数据输出给伺服电机调整金刚石磨轮的位置使玻璃能够进入金刚石磨轮的最佳工作位置进行磨边加工。
本发明所获得的有益效果是:
磨轮自动对中装置保证了玻璃磨边加工过程中玻璃始终能够在金刚石磨轮的最佳工作位置进行磨削,节省了操作人员调试的时间,极大提高了工作效率,金刚石磨轮性能得到体现,成品率提高,经济效益明显提升。
具体实施方式:根据金刚石磨轮1的规格尺寸和需加工玻璃2的尺寸形状在PLC控制系统4中设定基准位置。在玻璃磨边加工过程中,玻璃2在自动磨边设备中由吸盘6吸住,玻璃2在与旋转的金刚石磨轮1接触前经过位置传感器5,位置传感器5将检测到的位置输入PLC控制系统4,PLC控制系统4根据输入的位置信息输出信息给伺服电机3,伺服电机3即带动磨轮1进行位置调整,使玻璃2进入磨轮的设定位置进行磨边加工。

1.磨轮自动对中装置,主要包括PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制系统、伺服电机、位置传感器三部分。
2.其特征是位置传感器将检测到的玻璃实际位置输入到PLC控制系统,PLC控制系统将数据输出给伺服电机调整金刚石磨轮的位置。
