Abstract

本发明涉及一种真空玻璃磨边开槽机,机座制成对称的凹台状,在凹台之间安装传送带,在传动带上传送玻璃,在对应玻璃的凹台两侧分别对称固装端面磨机及倒角磨机,该端面磨机及倒角磨机均为电机驱动磨轮的结构,其特征在于:在机座的一侧边的凹台两侧镜像对称各安装开槽磨机,在开槽电机的输出轴端安装一开槽磨轮,在开槽电机机座的旁边固装一丝母,该丝母通过丝母电机驱动丝杠而使丝母带动开槽电机上下位移。本开槽机将磨端面、磨倒角及开槽在一个设备上进行,磨边及开槽通过智能控制,实现了磨边机开槽的标准化,有效保证了真空玻璃的制造质量,提高了生产效率,为真空玻璃的规模化、标准化生产创造了条件。

技术领域
本发明属于真空玻璃领域,涉及真空玻璃的加工,尤其是一种真空玻璃磨边开槽机。
背景技术
真空玻璃在下料后,需要进行磨边及开槽,磨边是将玻璃的端面磨平并进行倒角,以避免玻璃锋利的边缘割伤工人,开槽是在玻璃上将安装抽气管的凹槽制出。上述两种方式在制造真空玻璃的过程中必不可少。
目前,玻璃的磨边通常采用磨边机进行,而玻璃的开槽是在磨边后另行进行。由于开槽是采用手动砂轮进行的,开槽的深度及大小无法标准化,同时生产效率也较低,影响了真空玻璃的规模性生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种即可磨边又可开槽的真空玻璃磨边开槽机。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种真空玻璃磨边开槽机,包括机座、端面磨机、倒角磨机及传送带,机座制成对称的凹台状,在凹台之间安装传送带,在传动带上传送玻璃,在对应玻璃的凹台两侧分别对称固装端面磨机及倒角磨机,该端面磨机及倒角磨机均为电机驱动磨轮的结构,其特征在于:在机座的一侧边的凹台两侧镜像对称各安装开槽磨机,在开槽电机的输出轴端安装一开槽磨轮,在开槽电机机座的旁边固装一丝母,该丝母通过丝母电机驱动丝杠而使丝母带动开槽电机上下位移。
而且,所述端面磨机为对称并排的三组,倒角磨机分为上倒角磨机及下倒角磨机,并均为对称的一组,开槽磨机为对称并排的两组。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本开槽机将磨端面、磨倒角及开槽在一个设备上进行,磨边及开槽通过智能控制,实现了磨边机开槽的标准化,有效保证了真空玻璃的制造质量,提高了生产效率,为真空玻璃的规模化、标准化生产创造了条件。
2、本开槽机可以升降,因此可以在磨边完成前或后进行,不必卸下玻璃。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种真空玻璃磨边开槽机,包括机座6、控制箱1、操作盘7、端面磨机5、倒角磨机4及传送带8,机座制成对称的凹台状,在凹台之间安装传送带,在传动带上传送玻璃9;在对应玻璃的凹台两侧分别对称固装端面磨机及倒角磨机,该端面磨机及倒角磨机均为电机驱动磨轮的结构;本实施例附图中,所示端面磨机为对称并排的三组,倒角磨机分为上倒角磨机及下倒角磨机,本实施例附图中均为对称的一组。通过端面磨机可对真空玻璃的端面进行修磨,通过上倒角磨机及下倒角磨机分别对玻璃的两个边棱进行修磨。控制箱固装在机座上,而操作盘固装在机座侧边。
本发明的创新点在于:
在机座的一侧边的凹台两侧镜像对称各安装开槽磨机3,该开槽磨机的结构参见图4、5,也是在开槽电机的输出轴端安装一开槽磨轮11;为了不妨碍磨边,开槽机为升降式,即在开槽电机机座的旁边固装一丝母10,该丝母通过丝母电机2驱动丝杠(图中没有示出)而使丝母带动开槽电机上下位移,由此实现整个开槽机构的上升级下降。
本实施例附图中,所述开槽磨机为对称并排的两组。
开槽磨机及倒角磨机、端面磨机的数量根据实际需要可以进行增加和减少。

1.一种真空玻璃磨边开槽机,包括机座、端面磨机、倒角磨机及传送带,机座制成对称的凹台状,在凹台之间安装传送带,在传动带上传送玻璃,在对应玻璃的凹台两侧分别对称固装端面磨机及倒角磨机,该端面磨机及倒角磨机均为电机驱动磨轮的结构,其特征在于:在机座的一侧边的凹台两侧镜像对称各安装开槽磨机,在开槽电机的输出轴端安装一开槽磨轮,在开槽电机机座的旁边固装一丝母,该丝母通过丝母电机驱动丝杠而使丝母带动开槽电机上下位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空玻璃磨边开槽机,其特征在于:所述端面磨机为对称并排的三组,倒角磨机分为上倒角磨机及下倒角磨机,并均为对称的一组,开槽磨机为对称并排的两组。
