Claims (9)
- 3価ヒ素を含有する酸性供給液から5価のカルシウム−ヒ素化合物を生産する方法であって、該溶液は酸化処理段階に送る前にマグネシウム化合物を用いて中和し、前記ヒ素は、強酸化剤を用いて酸化させて5価ヒ素とした後に、カルシウム化合物を難溶性のカルシウム−ヒ素化合物として用いて前記溶液からヒ素を析出させ、
前記カルシウム−ヒ素化合物の析出および分離後に、カルシウム化合物を用いて前記溶液中のマグネシウムを水酸化マグネシウムMg(OH) 2 として析出させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、中和処理に使用するマグネシウム化合物は、水酸化マグネシウムMg(OH)2であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、ヒ素の析出に使用するカルシウム化合物は水酸化カルシウムCa(OH)2または酸化カルシウムCaOであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記析出したカルシウム−ヒ素化合物は1つ以上の異なる形態のヒ酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記強酸化剤は次の、酸素および/または二酸化硫黄、オゾン、または過酸化水素のうちの少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記析出したカルシウム−ヒ素化合物とともに石膏も前記溶液から除去することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記析出させた水酸化マグネシウムの第一の部分は、3価ヒ素を含有する酸性供給液の中和に再供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記析出させた水酸化マグネシウムの第二の部分は、3価ヒ素を酸化して5価ヒ素にする前記酸化処理段階に供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記溶液中の石膏を前記ヒ素酸化処理段階後に前記溶液から析出させて純粋な石膏沈殿物を生成することを特徴とする方法。
