Claims (5)
- ポンプ(2)とこのポンプ(2)を駆動する電動モータ(3)とを備え、このポンプ(2)は、互いに対向配置されてそれぞれがポンプハウジング(5)と作動スペースカバー(6)との間に把持され、これにより、作動スペース(7)を区画し、偏心部材(9)と連接棒(10)とを有するクランク駆動装置(8)で移動可能な2つの作動ダイアフラム(4)を有するダブルダイアフラムポンプとして形成され、前記作動スペース(7)はそれぞれ入口弁を有する入口通路と出口弁を有する出口通路とを設けられ、前記出口通路は、作動スペースカバー(6)とポンプハウジング(5)とに、前記作動スペース(7)から放出された空気が、前記クランク駆動装置を囲む、前記ポンプハウジング(5)の内部スペース(22)に案内されるように、配置されて設けられ、更に、空気を逸らすことにより、内部スペース(22)から低騒音での空気の放出を可能とする空気出口ユニット(13)が設けられる、負圧ブレーキブースタである空圧ブレーキブースタを有する自動車ブレーキシステムのブレーキ作動装置のための圧力を形成するモータ−ポンプ組立体であって、前記偏心部材(9)はそれぞれ、焼結部材として設けられる偏心部材(9)上に一体的に成型されて設けられた不平衡ウェイト(25)を有することを特徴とするモータ−ポンプ組立体。
- 前記連接棒(10)は、焼結部材として設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ−ポンプ組立体。
- 前記連接棒(10)の連結用アイレット(26)が焼結部材として設けられ、プラスチック製の連接棒軸部(27)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモータ−ポンプ組立体。
- 前記連結用アイレット(26)に対する連接棒軸部(27)の取付けは、射出成型により前記連結用アイレット(26)の延長部(28)を封入することにより設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモータ−ポンプ組立体。
- 前記作動ダイアフラム(4)は、摩擦溶接により、前記連接棒(10)に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のモータ−ポンプ組立体。
