Abstract
本发明涉及一种电机泵组(1),特别用于为具有气动制动助力器(特别是真空制动助力器)的机动车辆制动系统的制动执行装置提供压力,包括泵(2)和驱动该泵(2)的电机(3),其中泵(2)被设计成具有两个相互对置的工作隔膜(4)的双隔膜泵;排气通道布置在工作腔盖(6)和泵壳(5)中,使得从工作腔(7)排出的空气被导引到泵壳(5)的包围曲柄驱动机构(8)的内腔22中;设置有能够通过使空气转向而使空气以低噪声从内腔(22)排出的排气单元(13)。为了提供一种低噪声、低成本、比已知的一般种类的机组相比安装费用较少的电机泵组,本发明提出使每个偏心体(9)具有在该偏心体(9)上一体地形成的配重(25)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的电机泵组。
背景技术
为了为气动制动助力器——该制动助力器的内部被分成至少一个真空室和一个工作腔——提供真空,使用真空泵从真空室抽吸出残余空气并将其排放到大气中。为此在车辆工业中通常使用叶片泵或旋转叶片泵。所述泵由于其原理因而摩擦大,所以需要进行润滑以达到可接受的使用寿命。因此由机动车辆的内燃机驱动的具有叶片的真空泵连接到内燃机的机油回路上。然而,需要由内燃机输出的功率的相当一部分来驱动这种泵。而在待抽真空的腔室中已经完全形成真空时,也仍然需要这部分功率。因此以电能驱动真空泵并且只有当真空室中的绝对压力超过预定值时才接通所述泵是合适的。
此外,在以电驱动或混合动力驱动的车辆中,真空泵不能或有时不能由内燃机驱动,因此在这些车辆中使用电驱动的真空泵。
为这种电驱动的泵配备润滑剂回路或将该泵连接到该回路将产生非常高的成本。因此对于在具有含电驱动的真空泵的制动系统的机动车辆中的应用只能考虑干式真空泵。为此,在叶片泵中使用自润滑的材料石墨,由这种材料以高成本制成具有所需精度的叶片。因此,(人们)致力于使用隔膜泵以电力地提供制动真空。
例如从DE 10 2007 005 223 A1中已知一般类型的电机泵组。
发明内容
(人们)总是致力于降低制造成本和安装中的费用。为此,本发明的目的在于提供一种低噪声、低成本的电机泵组,与已知的一般种类的子配件相比,该电机泵组在安装中需要较少的费用。此外,部件的数量也减少了。
根据本发明,这一目的通过将具有配重的偏心体设计成烧结部件而实现。这明显简化了进气单元的安装并减少了部件的数量。

具体实施方式
图1以分解图示出根据本发明的电机泵组1,该电机泵组1包括具有泵壳5的泵2和驱动该泵2的电动机3,其中电机3可以设计成例如直流电机。
特别是由根据图2的剖视图可知,泵2设计成具有两个相互对置的工作隔膜4的双隔膜泵,这两个工作隔膜4分别夹紧在泵壳5与工作腔盖6之间并由此界定出工作腔7。通过曲柄驱动机构8可使工作隔膜4沿相反的方向运动,该曲柄驱动机构8对于每个工作隔膜4都包括一偏心体9和一连杆10。工作腔盖6具有以气密的方式相互焊接、铆接或螺纹连接的顶盖11和底盖12。为了降低成本,顶盖11由塑料制成,底盖12设计成冲压部件或烧结部件。也可以通过铝压铸实现成本低的制造。
工作腔盖6中装配有进气阀和排气阀(未示出)。排出的空气通过工作腔盖6中的排气通道从排气阀被导引到泵壳5中的排气通道中,所述通道通过密封元件以气密的方式进行连接。在泵壳5中的两个排气通道通入泵壳5的包围曲柄驱动机构8的内腔22——也称为曲柄腔——中。
设置在泵壳5中的由过滤器外壳14、中间板15和排气盖16组成的排气单元13能够使空气以低噪声的方式从内腔22排出,因此该内腔22用作减声室。此外,排气单元13包括具有一体式或多体式的阀体的止回阀(未示出),该阀体防止已经排出的空气回流以及防止液体或气体物质进入内腔22。
另外,通过在当空气流经排气单元13时使其多次转向以及在空气离开排气单元13之前使其流经两个过滤器元件17、18来减小从内腔22排出空气时的空气声。
泵壳5设计成由塑料制成,使得制造成本低。由图1和图2可知,电机3和泵壳5之间布置有电机板19,该电机板19联接在泵壳5的电机法兰侧20上,并屏蔽电机3输出的EMC辐射。
电机3和电机板19通过直接旋拧到泵壳5中的螺纹元件21而联接在泵壳5上。
另外,泵壳5上装备有如图1所示的接口23,例如通过该接口23将所连接的制动助力器抽成真空。
由图2也可知,电机轴24同时用作支承曲柄驱动机构8的偏心轴,该曲柄驱动机构8具有偏心体9和连杆10。然而将电机轴和偏心轴分离的实施例也是可能的。
图3以立体的分解图示出具有曲柄驱动机构8的工作隔膜4,该曲柄驱动机构8包括偏心体9和连杆10,在图4和图5中可以得到偏心体9和连杆10的放大图。
从图4可以清楚地看到,为了减小振动,偏心体9上一体地形成有配重25,该偏心体9和配重25作为烧结部件制成。偏心体的这种设计一方面使得制造成本低并且安装简单,因为配重25可以不需要通过螺纹连接、焊接等单独安装在偏心体9上,另一方面进一步减少了部件的数量。
为了进一步降低成本,连杆10的连杆孔26作为烧结部件制成,设有由塑料制成的连杆柄27。通过注塑包封形成在连杆孔26上的延伸部28而将连杆柄27联接到连杆孔26。
工作隔膜4可以通过摩擦焊接简单地联接到连杆柄27上。球轴承29压在连杆孔26内。
本发明的一个未示出的实施例设计成使得连杆10作为一体式的烧结部件制成。

Claims (6)
1.一种电机泵组(1),该电机泵组特别用于为机动车辆制动系统的制动执行装置提供压力,所述机动车辆制动系统具有气动制动助力器、特别是真空制动助力器,所述电机泵组(1)包括泵(2)和驱动所述泵(2)的电机(3),其中泵(2)被设计成具有两个相互对置的工作隔膜(4)的双隔膜泵,所述工作隔膜(4)分别夹紧在泵壳(5)与工作腔盖(6)之间并由此界定出工作腔(7),所述工作隔膜(4)可以通过具有偏心体(9)和连杆(10)的曲柄驱动机构(8)而运动,所述工作腔(7)分别设置有具有进气阀的进气通道和具有排气阀的排气通道,所述排气通道设计成布置在工作腔盖(6)和泵壳(5)中,使得从工作腔(7)排出的空气被导引到泵壳(5)的包围曲柄驱动机构的内腔(22)中;设置有能够通过使空气转向而使空气以低噪声的方式从内腔(22)排出的排气单元(13),其特征在于,每个偏心体(9)具有在所述偏心体(9)上一体地形成的配重(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机泵组,其特征在于,具有配重(25)的所述偏心体(9)设计成烧结部件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机泵组,其特征在于,所述连杆(10)设计成烧结部件。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机泵组,其特征在于,所述连杆(10)的连杆孔(26)设计成烧结部件,设置有由塑料制成的连杆柄(27)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电机泵组,其特征在于,通过注塑包封连杆孔(26)的延伸部(28)而将连杆柄(27)联接到连杆孔(26)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电机泵组,其特征在于,所述工作隔膜(4)通过摩擦焊接而联接在连杆(10)上。
