Claims (24)
- 標的分子を検出するための装置において、前記装置はハウジングを備えており、
前記ハウジングは、
試料を膜検出システムに導入するための入口開口部と、
押圧部材と、
前記押圧部材に接触する、滑動できる固定部材と、
前記固定部材に接触する取付部材と、
滑動式ボタンであって、前記滑動式ボタンが動かされると前記滑動できる固定部材が動く、滑動式ボタンと、
コンジュゲートパッドと、試験膜と、吸収性部材と、を備える前記膜検出システムと、を備えており、
前記コンジュゲートパッドと前記試験膜と前記吸収性部材の少なくとも一部分は互いに実質的に平行であり、
前記押圧部材は、前記吸収性部材に接触していて、圧力を前記吸収性部材に実質的に垂直に加えることができる、装置。 - 前記取付部材は、前記コンジュゲートパッドに接触している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検出膜システムは、透過性膜か、又は前記試験膜と前記吸収性部材の間に設置された疎水膜か、又はそれらの組合せ、を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記膜検出システムは、前記押圧部材によって圧迫される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記取付部材は、可撓性取付部材である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンジュゲートパッドは、標的分子を結合する第1捕捉試薬を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1捕捉試薬は、第1抗原特異的抗体である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記標的分子は、ポリヌクレオチド、ペプチド、タンパク質、糖類、又は炭水化物である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記標的分子は、食品媒介病原体標的分子である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記標的分子は、食品媒介病原体ポリヌクレオチド又は食品媒介病原体抗原である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記食品媒介病原体抗原は、大腸菌菌種、カンピロバクター属菌種、リステリア属菌種、又はサルモネラ属菌種由来の抗原である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記捕捉試薬は、コロイド金、蛍光分子、放射性タグ、又は化学発光基質を備えている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記コンジュゲートパッドは、複数の捕捉試薬を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の捕捉試薬は、異なった標的分子に結合する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記試験膜は、第2捕捉試薬を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2捕捉試薬は、抗原特異的抗体である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記試験膜は、複数の捕捉試薬を備える複数の区域を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の捕捉試薬は、異なった標的分子に結合し、前記異なった標的分子は、それぞれ独立に、大腸菌、カンピロバクター属、リステリア属、及びサルモネラ属から選択される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジング部材は、第1ハウジング部材と、第2ハウジング部材と、を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記請求項1に記載の装置と、緩衝液容器又は試料採集具と、を備えているシステム。
- 上記請求項1に記載の装置と、陽性対照、陰性対照、手引書、緩衝液容器、又は試料採集具のうちの1つ又はそれ以上と、を備えているキット。
- 標的分子を検出する方法において、
試料を上記請求項6に記載の装置のコンジュゲートパッドと接触させ、前記試料を垂直方向に前記コンジュゲートパッドから前記試験膜に流れさせる段階と、
前記試料の一部が前記コンジュゲートパッドに接触し当該コンジュゲートパッドを通って流れて行った後に、前記コンジュゲートパッドを動かし、それによって、前記試験膜の少なくとも一部分を検出のために露出する段階と、
前記標的分子に対する陽性反応又は陰性反応を識別する段階と、を備えている方法。 - 前記試料は、前記膜検出システムを圧迫する段階に先立って、前記コンジュゲートパッドに接触させられる、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記コンジュゲートパッドは、前記滑動できる固定部材を動かすことによって動かされる、請求項22に記載の方法。
