Claims (7)
- 第1の絶縁ハウジング,各々が第1の配線基板に設けられた配線端子部に接続される基板接続部を有して上記第1の絶縁ハウジングに配列配置された複数の第1のコンタクト、及び、上記第1の絶縁ハウジングに固着されて該第1の絶縁ハウジングを上記第1の配線基板に固定する第1の固定金属部材を備えた第1のコネクタと、
上記第1の絶縁ハウジングとの係合状態をとる第2の絶縁ハウジング,各々が第2の配線基板に設けられた配線端子部に接続される基板接続部を有して上記第2の絶縁ハウジングに配列配置され、上記複数の第1のコンタクトに夫々接触接続される状態をとる複数の第2のコンタクト,上記第2の絶縁ハウジングに固着されて該第2の絶縁ハウジングを上記第2の配線基板に固定する第2の固定金属部材を備えた第2のコネクタと、
を含んで構成され、
上記第1のコネクタが、上記第1の絶縁ハウジングの長手方向に沿って伸び、両端部が上記第1の絶縁ハウジングにおける長手方向の両端部分に配された上記第1の固定金属部材の部分により保持された弾性可動係止部材を備え、
上記第2のコネクタが、上記第2の絶縁ハウジングにおける長手方向の両端部分に配された上記第2の固定金属部材の部分の夫々に係合部が形成されたものとされ、
上記第2の絶縁ハウジングが上記第1の絶縁ハウジングとの係合状態をとるとき、上記第1の固定金属部材の部分により保持された上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部が上記第2の固定金属部材の部分に形成された係合部に係合して上記第2の絶縁ハウジングに対する係止状態をとるもとで、
上記第2の固定金属部材の部分に形成された係合部が、上記第1の固定金属部材の部分により保持された上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部が夫々係合する一対の透孔を成すものとされたことを特徴とする配線基板連結装置。 - 上記第1の絶縁ハウジングにおける長手方向の両端部分に、上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部を上記第1の固定金属部材の部分と共に保持する保持部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の配線基板連結装置。
- 上記第1の固定金属部材の部分に上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部が夫々貫通する一対の透孔が形成されており、該一対の透孔によって上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部が保持されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の配線基板連結装置。
- 上記弾性可動係止部材が、弾性棒状材料が屈曲せしめられて形成され、上記第1の固定金属部材の部分により保持された上記両端部が、該第1の固定金属部材の部分に対して弾性変位可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載の配線基板連結装置。
- 上記第2の固定金属部材の部分が、上記第2の絶縁ハウジングが上記第1の絶縁ハウジングとの係合状態をとる過程において、上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部に当接係合して該弾性可動係止部材の両端部を上記第1の絶縁ハウジングの長手方向に弾性変位させる状態をとることを特徴とする請求項4記載の配線基板連結装置。
- 上記第1の固定金属部材の部分により保持された上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部が上記第2の固定金属部材の部分に形成された一対の透孔に夫々係合して上記第2の絶縁ハウジングに対する係止状態をとるもとで、係止解除操作部材によって上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部が弾性変位せしめられて上記係合部から離隔せしめられることにより、上記係止状態が解除されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の配線基板連結装置。
- 上記弾性可動係止部材の両端部の夫々が、上記第2の配線基板に設けられた透孔を通じて上記第1の配線基板と上記第2の配線基板との間に挿入された上記係止解除操作部材により弾性変位せしめられる状態をとることを特徴とする請求項6記載の配線基板連結装置。
