Claims (2)
- 着色されたプラスチック粉末96−99重量%、透明な非可逆性示温顔料粉末1−4重量%を混合して混合顔料を生成するヒューズボディ原料配合工程と;前記混合顔料を射出機で溶融させて300−310℃の射出温度と1200−1600kgf/cm2の射出圧力で、射出金型により示温顔料成分が含まれたヒューズボディを成型するヒューズボディ成型工程と;前記示温顔料成分が含まれたヒューズボディを100−200℃で3−5時間乾燥させ、ヒューズボディの水分含量を0.1重量%以下に減少させるヒューズボディ乾燥工程と;前記示温顔料成分が含まれたヒューズボディにある一対の端子挿入溝部及びヒューズ装入溝部に、一対の端子部材の間にヒューズ部材が固定されたヒューズ体が挿入できるように結合するヒューズ組立工程を経ることを特徴とする、断線時に色相が変化する自動車用ヒューズの製造方法。
- 前記示温顔料成分は330−350℃の熱エネルギーを受けると黒く変化する成分でできていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断線時に色相が変化する自動車用ヒューズの製造方法。
