Description
導電材等を混合して分散液を混合し、乾燥させた後に複合導電材粉末を得る。そして、得られた複合導電材粉末に正極活物質と、バインダーとを混合して所望の固形分濃度となるように混合してスラリーを得る(スラリー形成工程)。次いで、集電箔に対して得られたスラリーを塗布し、乾燥させて電極層を形成する(塗工乾燥工程)。得られた各電極をセパレータに積層して電極板が形成される。最後にその積層シートを長尺方向に巻回して電極部を作製する。

Claims (2)
- 正極活物質を有する正極と、負極活物質を有する負極と、電解液とから構成されたリチウム二次電池であって、
前記正極活物質は、前記負極活物質に対する充電電位が互いに異なり、かつ平均粒径が互いに異なる第1活物質粒子と第2活物質粒子とを少なくとも含み、
前記正極活物質の前記第2活物質粒子は、前記第1活物質粒子より平均粒径が小さく、かつ、前記負極活物質に対する充電電位が前記第1活物質粒子よりも高く、
前記正極は集電箔と、該集電箔に形成され、前記正極活物質が含有された正極活物質層とからなり、該正極活物質層は、該集電箔側に向かって前記第1活物質粒子が前記第2活物質粒子よりも多くなるように形成されている
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1活物質粒子の平均粒径は1〜50μmであり、前記第2活物質粒子の平均粒径
は、20nm〜1μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
