Description
カッタと、クランク機構及び主軸を介して当該カッタを主軸方向にストローク動作させる主軸モータと、当該主軸モータの回転角度を制御するモータ制御部とを備える歯車加工機械であって、
リンク機構を介して、前記カッタをリリービング軸方向に運動させる、リリービング軸モータを備え、
前記モータ制御部は、
前記主軸モータの回転角度をθ、前記主軸方向をy軸方向、前記リリービング軸方向をx軸方向とするとき、
前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡及びy‐θ座標上の軌跡から、x‐y座標上の前記カッタの軌跡を求め、
前記x‐y座標上の前記カッタの軌跡から、前記カッタの傾斜角度を求め、
前記傾斜角度から、前記リンク機構の出力角度を求め、
前記出力角度から、前記リンク機構の入力角度を求めることで、
前記リリービング軸モータの回転角度を制御する
ことを特徴とする。
上記第1の発明に係る歯車加工機械において、
前記モータ制御部は、
前記x軸方向のリリービング量、クラウニング量及びテーパ量の各データが、加工する被削歯車の形状に応じて入力され、入力された該データに基づいて、前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡を求める
ことを特徴とする。
上記第2の発明に係る歯車加工機械において、
前記モータ制御部は、
加工領域については、前記クラウニング量又は前記テーパ量に基づき、前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡を設定し、
リリービング領域については、前記リリービング量に基づき、前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡をユニバーサルカム曲線となるように設定し、
3次補間を用いて、前記加工領域の前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡と、前記リリービング領域の前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡とを繋ぎ、組み合わせる
ことを特徴とする。
上記第3の発明に係る歯車加工機械において、
前記モータ制御部は、
前記θのうち、前記加工領域における範囲、及び、前記リリービング領域における範囲を、それぞれ2分割し、分割した当該範囲毎に、前記カッタの前記x‐θ座標上の軌跡を制御する
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- カッタと、クランク機構及び主軸を介して当該カッタを主軸方向にストローク動作させる主軸モータと、当該主軸モータの回転角度を制御するモータ制御部とを備える歯車加工機械であって、
リンク機構を介して、前記カッタをリリービング軸方向に運動させる、リリービング軸モータを備え、
前記モータ制御部は、
前記主軸モータの回転角度をθ、前記主軸方向をy軸方向、前記リリービング軸方向をx軸方向とするとき、
前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡及びy‐θ座標上の軌跡から、x‐y座標上の前記カッタの軌跡を求め、
前記x‐y座標上の前記カッタの軌跡から、前記カッタの傾斜角度を求め、
前記傾斜角度から、前記リンク機構の出力角度を求め、
前記出力角度から、前記リンク機構の入力角度を求めることで、
前記リリービング軸モータの回転角度を制御する
ことを特徴とする歯車加工機械。 - 前記モータ制御部は、
前記x軸方向のリリービング量、クラウニング量及びテーパ量の各データが、加工する被削歯車の形状に応じて入力され、入力された該データに基づいて、前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡を求める
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車加工機械。 - 前記モータ制御部は、
加工領域については、前記クラウニング量又は前記テーパ量に基づき、前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡を設定し、
リリービング領域については、前記リリービング量に基づき、前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡をユニバーサルカム曲線となるように設定し、
3次補間を用いて、前記加工領域の前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡と、前記リリービング領域の前記カッタのx‐θ座標上の軌跡とを繋ぎ、組み合わせる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の歯車加工機械。 - 前記モータ制御部は、
前記θのうち、前記加工領域における範囲、及び、前記リリービング領域における範囲を、それぞれ2分割し、分割した当該範囲毎に、前記カッタの前記x‐θ座標上の軌跡を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の歯車加工機械。
