Claims (12)
- チップスルー層;及び
前記チップスルー層の表面に形成される表面処理層;を含み、
前記チップスルー層はPLA樹脂とウッドチップと松脂を含み、
前記チップスルー層に含まれる松脂の量は、前記PLA樹脂100重量部に対して20重量部以下であることを特徴とするPLA樹脂を使用した、天然木の質感及び固有の木の香りを示すことができるチップスルー床材。 - 前記ウッドチップは、木粉、もみ殻及び竹チップから1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記ウッドチップは、前記PLA樹脂100重量部に対して200重量部以下で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記ウッドチップの粒度は10〜120メッシュであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記チップスルー層は、前記PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、非フタレート系可塑剤5〜100重量部、溶融強度補強剤としてアクリル系共重合体0.1〜20重量部、活剤0.01〜10重量部、鎖延長剤0.01〜10重量部、及び耐加水分解剤10重量部以下のうち一つ以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記チップスルー層は、前記PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)1,000重量部以下及び二酸化チタン(TiO2)50重量部以下のうち一つ以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記非フタレート系可塑剤はアセチルクエン酸トリブチルであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記チップスルー層は、前記PLA樹脂と、木粉及びもみ殻のうち1種以上とを含むシートが粉砕、配列、圧延されて形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記チップスルー層は1.0〜5.0mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記PLA樹脂は非晶質PLA樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記表面処理層は、ポリウレタン、ウレタンアクリレート及びワックスのうち一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
- 前記表面処理層は0.01〜0.1mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のPLA樹脂を使用したチップスルー床材。
