Description
また、板状比については次式で求められる。
板状比=平均平面径/平均厚さ
(ロ)上記混合粉に6gのイオン交換水を添加し良くなじませたうえで、フッ素樹脂製ライナー付きブチルゴム栓をアルミニウム・キャップで締め付けて密栓できるようにする。
(ハ)さらに、マイクロ・シリンジを用いてcis−1、2−DCEおよびベンゼンを各1μL注入し密栓する。
(ニ)25℃の恒温槽中で静置し、1時間経過後にヘッドスペース・ガスを0. 1mL採取し、ガス・クロマトグラフにて(ハ)で注入したcis−1、2−DCEのガス濃度を測定し、この濃度を初期値C0とする。
(ホ)(ニ)の後、一定期間毎に4日間ヘッドスペース・ガスのガス・クロマトグラフによる分析を行ってcis−1、2−DCEのガス濃度Cを測定し、cis−1、2−DCEの濃度減衰を評価する。
(ヘ)cis−1、2−DCEの分解反応速度定数k(単位: day-1)は次式で表される(tは初期値時からの経過日数を表す)。

原料鉄粉として、平均粒径100μm、見掛密度2. 7g/cm3、BET法による比表面積0. 17m2/gであって、組成がS:0. 012%、C:0. 26%、O:1. 61%、残部が実質的に鉄からなる還元鉄粉を使用した。この還元鉄粉100gと共に、硫酸銅(CuSO4・5H2O)粉を、還元鉄粉中の鉄量に対して銅量が1質量%になる量(すなわちCu/Fe=0.01の比)で、振動ボールミルに装入した。また、振動ボールミルには、径が5mmのジルコニアボールをミル内容積に対して50容積%の量で充填した。次いで、ミル内雰囲気を窒素ガスで置換した状態で、振動数1250vpm、振幅9mmで4時間ミルを稼働して還元鉄粉と硫酸銅塩を機械的に混合し、混合停止後、内部の粉体を大気中に取り出した。
銅塩粉として使用した硫酸銅の種類(結晶水の含有量が異なる硫酸銅)、鉄粉と硫酸銅の混合比(Cu/Feの質量比)、ミル内の置換ガスの種類、ミルの運転条件(振動数、振幅、時間)を、表1に表示の各例(実施例2〜8)の条件に変更した以外は、実施例1を繰り返した。各例で得られた粉体を実施例1と同様に評価し、その結果を表1に併記した。
硫酸銅を添加しなかった以外は実施例1を繰り返した。得られた粉体を実施例1と同様に評価し、その結果を表1に併記した。
比較のために、実施例1で用いた原料鉄粉そのもののBET値およびk値を「比較例1」として、また市場で入手できる海綿状鉄粉そのもののBET法値およびk値を「比較例2」として、表1に併記した。表1の結果から、参考例で得られた鉄粉は「比較例1」の原料鉄粉や「比較例2」の海綿状鉄粉に比べて、板状比が大きくなり、k値の向上も見られる。
振動ボールミル内での処理を行うことなく還元鉄粉に硫酸銅粉を単に添加した粉体を得た。この粉体のk値は0. 08day-1と低いものであった。
Cu/Feの混合比と振動ボールミルの稼働時間を種々変化させて機械的混合を行い、表2に示した粒度分布とBET値をもつ粉体を得た。これらの粉体のk値を測定し、それらの結果を表2に示した。なお、表2における半値幅は、統計処理された粒度分布曲線の半値幅を表しており、この半値幅が小さいほど粒度の分布に広がりが少ないことを意味している。
原料鉄粉として、 平均粒径100μm、見掛密度2. 7g/cm3、BET法による比表面積0. 17m2/gであって、組成がS:0. 012%、C:0. 26%、O:1. 61%、残部が実質的に鉄からなる還元鉄粉を使用した。この還元鉄粉に、硫酸銅(CuSO4・5H2O)粉を、還元鉄粉中の鉄量に対して銅量が1質量%になる量(すなわちCu/Fe=0.01の比)で、振動ボールミルを用いて鉄粉の扁平化処理および鉄粉と硫酸銅との接合処理を行なった。振動ボールミルには、径が5mmのジルコニアボールをミル内容積に対して50容積%の量で充填し、処理中のミル内雰囲気は窒素ガスを充填し、振動数1250vpm、振幅9mmでミルを稼働して還元鉄粉と硫酸銅塩を機械的に混合し、混合停止後、内部の粉体を大気中に取り出した。
Claims (3)
- 鉄粉と硫酸銅粉とをボールミル内で分散剤および潤滑剤を添加することなしに機械的に混合して両粉の粒子が接合した硫酸銅含有鉄粉を製造するさいに、前記の機械的な混合により、該鉄粉の粒子内部の鉄母材が表面に露出し粒子形状が板状比2以上の扁平状となるように該鉄粉を塑性変形させることを特徴とする有機ハロゲン系化合物分解剤の製造法。
- 請求項1に記載の製造法で得られた有機ハロゲン系化合物の分解剤。
- 請求項1に記載の製造法で得られた分解剤を用いて土壌中または水中に含まれる有機ハロゲン系化合物を分解する方法。
