Claims (8)
- 滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)が軸方向において第1継手部分(11)のレセプタクルに圧入される車両シート継手(10)を作る方法であって、
圧入される前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)は、径方向に突出する固定領域(28b)を含み、
前記固定領域(28b)は前記圧入の操作の前又は後に形成され、
前記固定領域(28b)は、前記圧入の操作の後にカット要素(E)が滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の材料を径方向外側に押しやることによって、前記圧入の動作中における後方端部に完全に形成され、
圧入される前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)は偏心器(27、27)を受け入れ、
前記偏心器(27、27)は、互いに噛合するギアホイール(16)及びギアリング(17)を使用して前記第1継手部分(11)とギア接続される第2継手部分(12)に支持され、
前記偏心器は、駆動要素(21)による循環態様で駆動されて、前記ギアホイール(16)及びギアリング(17)の相対的な転動をもたらし、
ロック要素(51)が設けられ、
前記ロック要素は、前記第1継手部分(11)に形成された歯付き部分(55)との協働により、前記偏心器(27、27)を前記継手(10)の非駆動状態にロックし、及び、前記駆動要素(21)により駆動される場合に前記偏心器(27、27)を解放し、
前記ロック要素(51)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の軸方向の重なり(28a)に取り付けられる方法。 - 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記圧入の操作の後にカット要素(E)が前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の材料を径方向外側に押しやることによって、前記圧入の動作中における前方端部に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)を圧入する前にすでに予備形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)を圧入する前に、前記固定領域(28b)はすでに、前記圧入の操作中における後方端部に完全形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記圧入の操作の後に、前記第1継手部分(11)の凹部に配列される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記圧入の操作の後に、前記第1継手部分(11)の前面に対して支承される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 軸方向の重なり(28a)が、前記圧入の操作の後に、前記固定領域(28b)から離間した前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の端部に形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法により作られた継手(10)であって、
2つの継手部分(11、12)の一方により車両シート(1)のシート部分(3)に接続され、
前記2つの継手部分(11、12)の他方により前記車両シート(1)のバックレスト(4)に接続される継手(10)。
