Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載されたエンジンにクラッチを介して係脱可能に変速機を連結し、前記エンジンのアイドリング中に所定の停止条件が成立すると前記エンジンを自動停止し、前記エンジンの自動停止中に所定の始動条件が成立すると前記エンジンを自動始動するアイドリングストップ制御装置であって、
前記始動条件は、前記クラッチが断状態とされ、かつブレーキ操作部材の操作量が減少しあるいは無くなることを必要条件として含み、
自動停止中に前記ブレーキ操作部材の操作量に関わらず所定の制動力を発生して保持する制動力保持手段と、
自動停止中に前記始動条件が成立したか否かを判定する始動判定手段と、
前記始動条件が成立すると前記エンジンを自動始動する自動始動手段と、
前記ブレーキ操作部材の操作量が減少しあるいは無くなったときから所定の保持時間が経過すると前記所定の制動力を解除する制動力解除手段と、
前記ブレーキ操作部材の操作量が減少しあるいは無くなったときから前記保持時間よりも短い所定の許容時間が経過する以前に前記クラッチが前記断状態から係合を開始するミート状態に向けて操作されると、前記始動条件が成立していても前記エンジンの始動を禁止する始動禁止手段と、
を有することを特徴とするアイドリングストップ制御装置。 - 請求項1において、前記ブレーキ操作部材の操作量が減少しあるいは無くなったときから前記許容時間が経過しかつ前記保持時間が経過する以前に前記クラッチが前記断状態から前記ミート状態まで操作されると、直ちに前記所定の制動力を解除する発進許容手段を有することを特徴とするアイドリングストップ制御装置。
- 請求項1または2において、
前記停止条件は、前記車両の走行速度が所定の速度以下あるいは前記エンジンの回転数が所定の回転数以下であることを必要条件として含み、
前記車両の走行中に前記停止条件が成立したか否かを判定する停止判定手段と、
前記停止条件が成立すると前記エンジンを自動停止する自動停止手段と、
前記エンジンの自動停止後に前記走行速度がゼロになると前記所定の制動力を発生する停止時制動力発生手段と、
を有することを特徴とするアイドリングストップ制御装置。
