Claims (3)
- 流入する油圧をポンピングして吐出油路を通じて油圧を吐き出す油圧ポンプと;
流入する油圧によって駆動され、前記油圧ポンプによって吐き出される油圧を増圧させるように前記油圧ポンプを駆動する油圧モーターと;
前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧モーターに油圧を供給させる供給油路と;
前記供給油路を開閉させるための第1制御手段と;
前記吐出油路で吐き出された油圧が設定油圧より高い場合、前記第1制御手段が前記供給油路を閉鎖させるように前記第1制御手段を作動するための第2制御手段とを含む構成であって、
前記第1制御手段は、
前記供給油路を開閉させるように前記供給油路に設置された第1制御バルブと;
前記第1制御バルブが前記供給油路を閉鎖させるように前記第1制御バルブを作動させるために前記供給油路の油圧が前記第1制御バルブに供給されるように連結された第1作動油路と;を備え、
前記第2制御手段は前記第1作動油路を開閉させる
ことを特徴とする、一定流量吐出用増圧器。 - 前記第2制御手段は、
前記吐出油路から吐き出された油圧が設定油圧より高い場合、前記第1作動油路を開放させるように前記第1作動油路に設置された第2制御バルブと;
前記第2制御バルブを作動させるように前記吐出油路の油圧を前記第2制御バルブに供給するために連結された第2作動油路と;を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一定流量吐出用増圧器。 - 前記第2制御手段は、
前記第1作動油路を開閉させるように前記第1作動油路に設置された第2制御バルブと;
前記吐出油路の油圧を測定するための圧力センサーと;
前記圧力センサーで測定された油圧が設定油圧より高い場合、前記第1作動油路を開放するように前記第2制御バルブを作動させるための制御器と;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の一定流量吐出用増圧器。
