Claims (12)
- 流体源の供給圧力を検出し、
シリンダに配置されたピストンの第1側の第1ポート圧力を検出し、
供給圧力が第1ポート圧力を上回るとき、弁を閉位置から第1開位置に作動させ、
供給圧力が第1ポート圧力より小さいとき、前記弁を閉位置に作動させることを特徴とする弁を制御する方法。 - 前記ピストンの第2側の第2ポート圧力を検出し、
供給圧力が第2ポート圧力を上回るとき、前記弁を閉位置から第2開位置に作動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 検出ステップの少なくとも1つは、所定間隔で生じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 検出ステップの少なくとも1つは、連続的であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、供給圧力と第1ポート圧力及び第2ポート圧力の少なくとも一方との差が所定のパラメータを含むとき、前記弁を閉位置に向かって作動させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、供給圧力が第1ポート圧力より約5バール大きいとき、前記弁を閉位置に向かって作動させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ピストンシリンダと、
油圧流体源に接続されたポンプと、
前記ピストンシリンダと前記ポンプとの間に配置された弁と、
前記ポンプの出口の流体ライン上に配置された供給圧力センサと、
前記ピストンシリンダの第1入口の流体ライン上に配置された第1ポート圧力センサと、
前記弁、前記供給圧力センサ及び前記第1ポート圧力センサに作動可能に接続された制御器と、を備え、
前記制御器は、第1ポート圧力より高い供給圧力を検出したとき、第1信号を送信して前記弁を閉位置から第1開位置へ作動させ、
前記制御器は、供給圧力が第1ポート圧力より小さいとき、前記弁を閉位置に作動させることを特徴とする油圧制御システム。 - 更に、前記ピストンシリンダの第2入口の流体ライン上に配置された第2ポート圧力センサを含み、
前記制御器は、第2ポート圧力より高い供給圧力を検出したとき、第2信号を送信して前記弁を閉位置から第2開位置へ作動させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 前記制御器は、供給圧力及び第1ポート圧力の少なくとも一方を所定の間隔で検出することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 前記制御器は、供給圧力及び第1ポート圧力の少なくとも一方を連続的に検出することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 前記制御器は、供給圧力と第1ポート圧力及び第2ポート圧力の少なくとも一方との差が所定のパラメータを含むとき、前記弁を閉位置に向かって作動させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧制御システム。
- 前記制御器は、供給圧力が第1ポート圧力より約5バール大きいとき、前記弁を閉位置に向かって作動させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の油圧制御システム。
