Claims (12)
- 空間を取り囲む炭素フィルムと、
前記空間内に配置された導電性炭素成分と、
前記空間内に配置されたエネルギー貯蔵粒子と、
前記導電性炭素成分、前記エネルギー貯蔵粒子および前記炭素フィルムに電気接続され、前記空間の内側から前記空間の外側へ延伸した導電性炭素繊維と
を含むエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子であって、
前記エネルギー貯蔵粒子が、ナノメートルシリコン粒子およびナノメートル異質複合粒子からなり、
前記ナノメートル異質複合粒子の材料が、Ca、Ag、SiO、およびこれらの組み合わせから選ばれ、
前記ナノメートル異質複合粒子の重量百分率が、前記ナノメートルシリコン粒子の重量に対して0.1〜5.0wt%であり、
前記エネルギー貯蔵粒子の重量百分率が、前記エネルギー貯蔵複合粒子の重量に対して10〜50wt%であり、
前記導電性炭素成分の重量百分率が、前記エネルギー貯蔵複合粒子の重量に対して50〜80wt%であるエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。 - 前記空間内に配置された導電性マトリックスをさらに含む請求項1記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 前記導電性マトリックスの材料が、炭素、金属、有機材料、無機材料、およびこれらの組み合わせから選ばれた請求項2記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 前記導電性マトリックスの重量百分率が、前記エネルギー貯蔵複合粒子の重量に対して5〜10wt%である請求項2記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 前記炭素フィルムの材料が、アスファルトの炭化物または樹脂の炭化物を含む請求項1記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵複合粒子の表面面積が、6〜15m2/gである請求項1記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 前記導電性マトリックス内に配置された複数の開口をさらに含む請求項2記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 前記開口の大きさが、1nm〜1000nmの範囲内である請求項7記載のエネルギー貯蔵複合粒子。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか1項に記載の前記エネルギー貯蔵複合粒子と、
導電性炭素と、
接着剤と
を含み、前記エネルギー貯蔵複合粒子、前記導電性炭素、前記接着剤の重量比が、75:15:10である電池負極材料。 - 前記接着剤が、水性アクリレートを含む請求項9記載の電池負極材料。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の前記電池負極材料に配置された負極板と、
前記負極板に対応して配置された正極板と、
前記負極板および前記正極板に電気接続されたイオン導電層と
を含む電池。 - 前記正極板の材料が、リチウムを含む請求項11記載の電池。
