紡糸された糸である。重合体中には熱安定剤添加物のパッケージが存在していた。この糸は連結された延伸−巻取り段階を有する通常の熔融紡糸法を用いてつくった。糸の重量に関し1%の公称装荷量で糸にオイルを被覆した。
Claims (1)
- 強度が80cN/tex以上、ASTM D4974に従って測定した高温空気による収縮率が177℃において5%より小さく、線密度が940decitex以下であることを特徴とする多フィラメントポリアミド糸を製造するための紡糸−延伸法において
(a)熔融したナイロンを蟻酸における相対粘度40〜85において多重キャピラリー紡糸口金を通して押出して多数のフィラメントにし、次いでこれを急冷区域に通し;
(b)フィラメントを合体して多フィラメント糸にし、この糸に潤滑用の紡糸仕上げ剤を被覆し;
(c)少なくとも一つの供給ロールによりこの糸を少なくとも二つの対の駆動される延伸ロールから成る延伸区域へと向かわせ、ここで一つの対の内部の各ロールは同じ周辺速度で回転させ、また各対はその前にある対よりも速い周辺速度で回転するようにし;
(d)該延伸ロールの各対の周りに少なくとも2回糸が巻き付くようにし;
(e)これらの対のロールを直接取り囲む区域を加熱した空気で加熱するか、またはロールを加熱するか、或いはこの両方を組み合わせることにより、糸が少なくとも二つの対の延伸ロールの上を通過する際該糸を160〜245℃の温度に加熱し;
(f)各対の延伸ロールおよびそれに続く対の延伸ロールの間でロールの相対的な周辺速度を調節し、糸が少なくとも二つの対の延伸ロールの上を通る際に糸の温度を調節し、糸が延伸ロールの各対を横切る際糸に対して賦与される延伸の程度を増加させ、最後に糸の全延伸比が4.2〜5.8になるようにし;
(g)第1の駆動される張力弛緩ロールおよび第2の駆動される張力弛緩ロールから成る張力弛緩調節区域へと糸を導き、ここで該第1のロールを糸がまさに出てくる最後の対の延伸ロールに比べ遅い周辺速度で回転させ、このようにして9〜16.5%の弛緩比が得られるようにし、且つ該第1のロールを該第2のロールより低い速度で回転させ、このようにして張力弛緩調節区域の中における第2のロール対第1のロールの周辺速度の比が1.01:1.07になるようにし、且つ糸が延伸区域を出る際に糸にかかる張力よりも高い安定した糸の張力が張力弛緩調節区域の中において維持されるようにし;
(h)糸をインターレース用のジェットに向かわせ;
(i)張力弛緩調節区域の第2のロールよりも速い周辺速度で回転する巻取りロールへと糸を向かわせて巻取り中安定な張力が維持されるようにし、且つ張力弛緩調節区域を横切る糸には最後の対の延伸ロールから出る糸よりも高い張力がかかり、且つ糸が巻取りロールに巻取られる際よりも低い張力がかかるようにする段階を含んで成っていることを特徴とする方法。
