Description
貫通孔を有するケースと、
前記ケースの内部に固定された抵抗基板と、
一方の端部である第1端部が前記ケースの内部に配置され、他方の端部である第2端部が前記貫通孔から前記ケースの外部に露出しており、前記貫通孔に軸方向移動自在に配置される軸部材と、
前記軸部材の前記第2端部に接触する軸受け端部を有し、前記抵抗基板と摺動するブラシが取り付けられており、前記軸部材とともに前記抵抗基板に対して相対移動する摺動子受けと、を有し、
前記第1端部には半球状端面が形成されており、
前記軸受け端部には、前記半球状端面が内接する半球状穴が形成されている。
Claims (2)
- 貫通孔を有するケースと、
前記ケースの内部に固定された抵抗基板と、
一方の端部である第1端部が前記ケースの内部に配置され、他方の端部である第2端部が前記貫通孔から前記ケースの外部に露出しており、前記貫通孔に軸方向移動自在に配置される軸部材と、
前記軸部材の前記第1端部に接触する軸受け端部を有し、前記抵抗基板と摺動するブラシが取り付けられており、前記軸部材とともに前記抵抗基板に対して相対移動する摺動子受けと、を有し、
前記第1端部には半球状端面が形成されており、
前記軸受け端部には、前記半球状端面が内接する半球状穴が形成されており、
前記半球状穴の曲率Rは、前記軸部材が前記ケースの外部に最も露出している状態における前記半球状穴の底部と前記貫通孔の中心位置の距離をD A とした場合、R>1/D A であることを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記半球状穴の開口径は、前記第1端部の径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサ。
