Claims (5)
- 真空駆動ツール用のサクションカップであって、
前記サクションカップは、真空源と流体連通するように構成された第1端部(3)と、前記サクションカップによって扱われる物体の表面に隙間なく接触するように構成された第2端部(4)とを有し、
前記サクションカップは、シールリング(2)と、ベローズ(1)と、エンドピース(19)とを含み、
前記シールリング(2)は、前記シールリングの内周部に一体的に形成された円周方向に延びるリップ(10)を有し、
前記ベローズ(1)は、前記ベローズの一端の内周部に一体的に形成された円周方向に延びるリップ(10)と、前記ベローズの他端の外側に一体的に形成された円周方向に延びる溝(11)とを有し、
前記エンドピース(19)は、前記エンドピースの外側に一体的に形成された円周方向に延びる溝(11)を有し、
前記シールリング(2)及び前記ベローズ(1)のリップ(10)は、前記ベローズ(1)又は前記エンドピース(19)の溝(11)とフォームフィットの係合をもたらすように前記ベローズ(1)及び前記エンドピース(19)の溝(11)と補完的な形状を有するサクションカップ。 - 前記溝(11)は拡大された底部領域(13)を有し、前記リップ(10)は対応する形状の膨張部を有する、請求項1に記載のサクションカップ。
- 前記溝(11)の前記底部領域(13)は半円形の断面を有し、前記リップ(10)は少なくとも部分的にトロイド状である、請求項2に記載のサクションカップ。
- 少なくとも前記溝(11)の前記下壁(16)はヒール部(17)を有し、前記ヒール部(17)は、前記溝内に延び、且つ連結位置において前記リップ(10)の下側に形成された対応する凹部(18)と係合する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のサクションカップ。
- 前記シールリング(2)は、前記外周部に向かって厚さが減少する壁(9)を有する円形または楕円形のリングである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のサクションカップ。
