Description
Claims (11)
- 二次電池であって、
正極タップが備えられた正極板、負極タップが備えられた負極板、及び分離膜が交互に積層された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する電池ケースと、
前記負極タップと電気的に連結される負極リードとを備えてなり、
前記電池ケースが、前記電極組立体を収容して密封されてなり、
前記負極リード及び前記正極タップが、前記電池ケースの外部に露出してなり、
前記正極タップが、前記正極板にそれぞれ連結された複数の電極タップが積層されてなり、
前記複数の電極タップが、積層された状態で溶接して互いに接着されてなり、
前記正極タップの接着部分が、前記電池ケースの密封時に、前記正極タップが接触される電池ケースの接合面に囲まれるように位置してなり、
前記正極タップにおいて、前記密封された電池ケースの外部に露出した部分が、前記正極タップよりも電気伝導度が高い金属でメッキされてなり、
前記正極板及び前記正極タップが、アルミニウム金属からなり、
前記負極板及び前記負極タップが、銅金属からなることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記正極タップにおいて、
前記密封された電池ケースの外部に露出した部分が、銅でメッキされたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記密封された電池ケースの外部に露出した前記正極タップと電気的に連結される正極リードをさらに備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極リードが、銅金属からなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極リードが、バスバーの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極リードが、前記正極タップと溶接を通じて電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースの密封時前記負極リード及び前記正極タップが接触される部分には、絶縁フィルムが付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースが、前記電極組立体を収容するとともに、電解液が充填され密封されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の電極タップが、幅方向に沿って横切るライン溶接を通じて接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タップが、少なくとも1つのライン状接着部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の電極タップが、ポイント溶接を通じて接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
