Claims (8)
- 複数の第1、2電極板と、前記第1、2電極板の間にそれぞれ介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極板に備えられる第1電極タブと、前記第2電極板に備えられる第2電極タブと、
前記電極組立体とともに前記第1、2電極タブが内部に収納されて密封されるケースと、
前記ケースの外部に設けられて、前記第1電極タブに電気的に連結される第1外部リード端子、及び前記第2電極タブに電気的に連結される第2外部リード端子と、を含み、
前記ケース内には、前記第1電極タブと前記第1外部リード端子の間に介在される第1内部リード端子が備えられ、該第1外部リード端子と前記第1内部リード端子は、超音波溶接または抵抗溶接のうち何れか一つの溶接方式によって融着されて一体に形成され、
前記ケース内には、前記第2電極タブと前記第2外部リード端子の間に介在される第2内部リード端子が備えられ、該第2外部リード端子と前記第2内部リード端子は、超音波溶接または抵抗溶接のうち何れか一つの溶接方式によって融着されて一体に形成され、
前記第1、2外部リード端子は前記ケースの縁部が密封される時に形成されるシーリング部によって囲まれ、該シーリング部は、前記電極組立体が収容される箇所となる該ケースの本体部の側面に沿うように配置されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記ケースは、前記第1、2内部リード端子と対応する位置に貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔と対応して設けられた前記第1、2外部リード端子が前記貫通孔を介して接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースと前記第1、2内部リード端子の間に絶縁層が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースと前記第1、2外部リード端子の間に絶縁層が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記第1電極板、セパレーター及び第2電極板が順に積層された積層型電極組立体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1、2電極タブは前記第1、2電極板に互いに反対方向に向かって付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースはパウチ型ケースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースはアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金材質のラミネートシートで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
