Description
Claims (15)
- 複数の車輪と、1つまたは複数の前記車輪に制動力を与えるブレーキと、車両の動きを検知する動作検知手段とを備えた自動車用のブレーキ制御システムであって、
前記システムは、制動力を与えるために前記ブレーキを作動させるためのブレーキ作動手段と、該ブレーキ作動手段を制御するブレーキ制御手段とを備え、
前記ブレーキ制御手段は、前記動作検知手段によって検知された動作に基づいて前記車両の加速度を判定し、判定された前記加速度が所定の加速限界を超えた場合に前記ブレーキ作動手段が確実に制動力を与えるように構成され、
前記ブレーキ制御手段は、所望の駆動トルクを測定し、前記所望の駆動トルクに基づいて前記加速限界を動的に設定し、前記所望の駆動トルクを増加させながら前記所定の加速限界を増加させるように構成された
ことを特徴とするブレーキ制御システム。 - 作動状態と不作動状態を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記ブレーキ制御手段は、前記加速限界を1つまたは複数の車両条件および/または運転者の入力に基づいて動的に設定するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記ブレーキ制御手段は、前記車両がニュートラルであれば、前記車両のアクセルペダル位置センサの信号とは無関係に前記加速限界を設定するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記ブレーキ制御手段は、所望の駆動トルクに応じて所望の加速度を判定し、前記所望の加速度以上のしきい値で前記加速限界を設定するように構成された
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記ブレーキ制御手段は、選択されたギアを参照して前記車両が意図した方向または意図しない方向に走行しているかどうかを確認し、進行方向に応じた前記加速限界を設定するように構成されており、意図しない方向に動いているときの前記加速限界は、前記車両が意図した方向に動いているときよりも低く設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記車両の加速度は、所定の時間周期の間に検知された車両の動きに基づいて判定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記車両の加速度は、複数の時間周期に基づいて継続的に判定される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記時間周期は、100ミリ秒以内である
ことを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システム。 - 所望の駆動トルクを測定し、
前記所望の駆動トルクに基づいて車両の加速限界を設定し、
前記車両の加速度を判定し、
判定された前記加速度が設定された前記加速限界を超える場合には、前記ブレーキが確実に制動力を与え、さらに、
所望の駆動トルクを測定し、前記所望の駆動トルクに基づいて前記加速限界を動的に設定し、前記所望の駆動トルクを増加させながら前記所定の加速限界を増加させる
ことを特徴とする自動車用ブレーキ制御方法。 - 前記車両のギア選択を検知し、
検知された前記ギア選択に応じて加速限界を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のブレーキ制御方法。 - 選択されたギアを参照して前記車両が意図した方向または意図しない方向に走行しているかどうかを確認し、進行方向に応じた前記加速限界を設定し、意図しない方向に動いているときの前記加速限界は、前記車両が意図した方向に動いているときよりも低く設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のブレーキ制御方法。 - 前記車両の加速度は、所定の時間周期の間に検知された車両の動きに基づいて判定される
ことを特徴とする請求項10または請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御方法。 - 前記車両の加速度は、複数の時間周期に基づいて継続的に判定される
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のブレーキ制御方法。 - 複数の車輪と、1つまたは複数の前記車輪に制動力を与えるブレーキと、前記車両の動作を検知するための動作検知手段と、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ制御システムとを備える自動車。
