Description
a)少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩の粒子を、炉投入物の移動床を形成するように炉内に投入すること、及び、
b)炉投入物を、水素含有ガスにより、約300℃〜約500℃の範囲の温度で還元すること
を含み、炉投入物の床を、硬質の凝集体の形成を最小限にするように穏やかに動かし、それにより微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を得る方法に関する。
a)少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩の粒子を、炉投入物の浅い固定床を形成するように炉内に投入すること、及び
b)炉投入物を、水素含有ガスにより、約300℃〜約500℃の範囲の温度で還元すること
を含み、炉投入物の固定床が、還元ガスを固定床の中に通過させ、硬質の凝集体の形成を最小限にするように浅くなっており、それにより微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を得る方法に関する。
Claims (4)
- 微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を生成する方法であって、
a)炭酸ニッケル、酸化ニッケル、水酸化ニッケル及びシュウ酸ニッケルのうち少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩の粒子を、炉投入物の固定床を形成するように炉内に投入すること;及び
b)水素含有ガスを前記固定床の中に通過させることにより、300℃〜500℃の範囲の温度で還元すること
を含み、前記炉投入物の固定床が2.5cm以下の深さであり、それにより微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を得るニッケル粉末を生成する方法。 - c)微細で低嵩密度の前記ニッケル粉末を回収すること、及び
d)微細で低嵩密度の前記ニッケル粉末をふるい分けすること
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。 - ふるい分けが100メッシュのふるいの上で行われる、請求項2に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 還元の工程の間、前記水素含有ガスが過剰である、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
