Description
a)少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩の粒子を、炉投入物の移動床を形成するように炉内に投入すること、及び、
b)炉投入物を、水素含有ガスにより、約300℃〜約500℃の範囲の温度で還元すること
を含み、炉投入物の床を、硬質の凝集体の形成を最小限にするように穏やかに動かし、それにより微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を得る方法に関する。
a)少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩の粒子を、炉投入物の浅い固定床を形成するように炉内に投入すること、及び
b)炉投入物を、水素含有ガスにより、約300℃〜約500℃の範囲の温度で還元すること
を含み、炉投入物の固定床が、還元ガスを固定床の中に通過させ、硬質の凝集体の形成を最小限にするように浅くなっており、それにより微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を得る方法に関する。
Claims (16)
- 微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を生成する方法であって、
a)少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩の粒子を、炉投入物の移動床を形成するように炉内に投入すること、及び、
b)前記炉投入物を、水素含有ガスにより、300℃〜500℃の範囲の温度で還元すること
を含み、前記炉投入物の床を、硬質の凝集体の形成を最小限にするように穏やかに動かし、それにより微細で低嵩密度のニッケル粉末を得る方法。 - c)微細で低嵩密度の前記ニッケル粉末を回収すること、及び
d)微細で低嵩密度の前記ニッケル粉末をふるいにかけること
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。 - 前記炉が毎分25cm未満の周速度で動作する回転炉である、請求項1又は2に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 微細で低嵩密度の前記ニッケル粉末の連続的な生成を採用する、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 微細で低嵩密度の前記ニッケル粉末のバッチ的な生成を採用する、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 前記水素含有ガスが容量比で少なくとも20%の水素を含有する、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 還元の工程の間、前記水素含有ガスが過剰である、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩が乾燥した粉末である、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩が、前記炉の最初の区画又は別個の炉で、窒素又は他の不活性ガス中で仮焼される、請求項1又は8に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 前記水素含有ガスが前記還元の工程の前に予熱される、請求項1、8又は9に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 仮焼が300〜350℃の範囲の温度で行われる、請求項9又は10に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 予熱が300〜350℃の範囲の温度で行われる、請求項10又は11に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩が炭酸ニッケルを含む、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の還元性ニッケル塩が酸化ニッケル、水酸化ニッケル及びシュウ酸ニッケルからなる群から選ばれる塩を含む、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- 還元の温度が350〜450℃の範囲の温度である、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
- ふるい分けが100メッシュのふるいの上で行われる、請求項2に記載のニッケル粉末を生成する方法。
