Description
(マグネタイト含有樹脂)
樹脂として、たとえば、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂を準備する。樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂には限定されず、ウレタン樹脂などであっても良い。
図1に、本実施形態にかかる電子部品として、コイル100を示す。
(マグネタイト含有樹脂)
本発明のマグネタイト含有樹脂は、含有される磁性体の全てがマグネタイトである必要はなく、一部が他の磁性体に置き換えられても良い。
第2実施形態にかかるコイルは、マグネタイト含有樹脂層5以外の部分は、図1に示した、第1実施形態にかかるコイル100と同じ構造からなる(図面についても図1を援用する)。
(マグネタイト含有樹脂)
第3実施形態においては、マグネタイト含有樹脂として、第1実施形態と同じものを用いた。
図2に、本実施形態にかかる電子部品として、コイル200を示す。
(マグネタイト含有樹脂)
本発明のマグネタイト含有樹脂は、少なくともマグネタイトを含む磁性体に加えて、非磁性体を含有するようにしても良い。
第4実施形態にかかるコイルは、マグネタイト含有樹脂層5以外の部分は、図1に示した、第1実施形態にかかるコイル100と同じ構造からなる(図面についても図1を援用する)。
第1実施形態にかかるコイル(100)、第2実施形態にかかるコイル、本発明の範囲外にかかる比較例のコイルにつき、直流重畳特性を測定した。直流重畳特性は、外部DC電源で3.0Aまで徐々に印加しながらHP4291Aでインダクタンス変化を測定した。
磁性体の含有されていない樹脂、マグネタイト以外の磁性体が含有された樹脂、本発明の範囲内のマグネタイト含有樹脂、本発明の範囲外のマグネタイト含有樹脂を、それぞれコーティングしたコイルを作製して、コイル特性(インダクタンス値、Q値)を測定した。なお、本実験においては、各コイルを10個作製し、特性はそれらの平均値をとった(第3実施例、第4実施例において同じ)。
上述した試料1〜11を用いて、リングコアを作製し、それらに巻線を巻回して、図2に示した第3実施形態にかかるコイル200と同様の構造からなるコイルを作製し、コイル特性(インダクタンス値、Q値)を測定した。
磁性体(少なくとも一部にマグネタイトを含む磁性体)に加えて、非磁性体が含有されたマグネタイト含有樹脂の耐熱衝撃性を、磁性体と非磁性体の粒径比を変化させて調べた。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂と、前記樹脂に含有された粉体状の磁性体とを備えてなり、
前記磁性体が、粒径D50値が1.0μm未満、粒径D90値が2.0μm未満で残留磁束密度が15Am2/kg未満、保磁力が12kA/m未満のマグネタイトであり、
前記磁性体に加えて、非磁性体が含有され、前記磁性体の粒径D90値/前記非磁性体の粒径D90値で表される、前記磁性体と前記非磁性体との粒径比が、0.4以下であり、
前記非磁性体が、球状シリカである、マグネタイト含有樹脂。 - 前記磁性体の含有量が、当該マグネタイト含有樹脂全体における50〜90wt%である、請求項1に記載されたマグネタイト含有樹脂。
- 請求項1または2に記載されたマグネタイト含有樹脂により、少なくとも一部がコーティングされた電子部品。
- 請求項1または2に記載されたマグネタイト含有樹脂により形成されたコアと、当該コアに巻回された巻線、または、当該コアの表面に形成されたパターンとを備えてなる電子部品。
- 前記電子部品が、コイルまたはノイズフィルタである、請求項3または4に記載された電子部品。
