Description
a)1種以上の生分解性ポリマーを30〜99.9重量パーセント、
b)1種以上の生体高分子を0〜69.9重量パーセント、および
c)1種以上のコア−シェル型耐衝撃性改良剤を0.1〜15重量パーセント
を含み、上記耐衝撃性改良剤の数平均粒度が250nmを超える、生分解性ポリマー組成物に関する。
アクリル系−メタクリル系共重合体耐衝撃性改良剤を5および7.5重量%含むポリ乳酸95および93.5%のブレンドを、二軸押出機を用いた溶融押出によって形成した。溶融物が確実に均質になるように、押出時の加工温度および溶融温度をポリ乳酸の融点を超える(>152℃)ように維持した。3本ポリッシングロール(three roll stack)および引取装置を用いて押出物をシート(17〜22mil)に成形した。カラーメーターを用いてシートのヘイズ測定を実施し、半球状の頭部を有する2lbの衝撃子を備えたガードナー衝撃試験機を用いてダート落下耐衝撃性測定を実施した。観測されたデータを以下の表1に示す。
Claims (7)
- a)1種以上の生分解性ポリマーを30〜99.9重量パーセント、
b)デンプン、セルロース、多糖、脂肪族または芳香族ポリエステル、およびポリカプロラクトンからなる群から選択される1種以上のポリマーを0〜69.9重量パーセント、および
c)1種以上のコア−シェル型耐衝撃性改良剤を0.1〜15重量パーセント
を含み、前記耐衝撃性改良剤の数平均粒度が280〜330nmであり、
ASTM 1003−00により測定されたヘイズが15パーセント未満であり、
前記生分解性ポリマーが、ポリ乳酸、ポリヒドロキシ酪酸、またはこれらの混合物であり、
前記ポリ乳酸の重量平均分子量が10000〜3000000g/molである、
生分解性ポリマー組成物。 - 前記コア−シェル型耐衝撃性改良剤が、2種以上の共重合体のブレンドである、請求項1に記載の生分解性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記コア/シェル型耐衝撃性改良剤が、純アクリル系コア/シェル型ポリマーである、請求項1に記載の生分解性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記コア−シェル型耐衝撃性改良剤のコアが、ブチルアクリレートおよびエチルヘキシルアクリレートからなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマー単位を含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性ポリマー組成物。
- 前記コア−シェル型耐衝撃性改良剤のコアが、ポリブチルアクリレートである、請求項1に記載の生分解性ポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の生分解性ポリマー組成物を含む成形品。
- 請求項6に記載の成形品であって、前記成形品が包装材、フィルム、またはボトルである該成形品。
