Claims (11)
- ヒートシール用のツール(6)と、
横方向に間隔をあけて配置された対応するトレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に沿って、ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)に向かって、および、ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)から離れるように、トレーを移送する、1対の横方向に間隔をあけて配置された移送機構と、
それぞれのヒートシール可能なフィルムを、各前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に沿って、シール用の前記ツール(6)に供給するフィルム供給装置(64a,64b)と、
を備えるトレーシール装置であって、
シール用の前記ツール(6)は、
それぞれが、前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)のそれぞれに沿って配置され、その上に1つ以上のトレーを移送することのできる、1対の下部支持部材(61a,61b)と、
使用時に、前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)上の各トレーとそれぞれ並んで配置されるヒータを有する上部プレート(62)と、
前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)上のトレーを対応する前記フィルムと接触させることで、前記上部プレート(62)がトレーに前記フィルムをヒートシールするように、前記上部プレート(62)に向かって、前記下部支持部材を選択的に移動させる手段と、を有する、
トレーシール装置。 - 前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)を選択的に移動させる前記手段は、シングルリフト機構と、前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)の一方または両方に前記シングルリフト機構を連結するための連結部材と、を有する。
請求項1に記載のトレーシール装置。 - 前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)を選択的に移動させる前記手段は、前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)のそれぞれ毎に、独立して制御可能なリフト機構を有する
請求項1に記載のトレーシール装置。 - 前記上部プレート(62)は、使用時に、各前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)上の各トレーとそれぞれ並んで配置されるヒータが設けられた、1対の独立して動作可能なプレートを有する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のトレーシール装置。 - 前記上部プレート(62)は、単体として動作可能な共通の上部プレートである、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のトレーシール装置。 - ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)の前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)のそれぞれに沿って配置される、1対の独立して動作可能なコンベア(66a,66b)を有するトレー供給装置(66)、を更に備える、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のトレーシール装置。 - 前記移送機構は、1つ以上のトレーを把持し、それらをヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)の対応する前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)に移送する機械式の把持部を有し、
各前記把持部は、異なる寸法のトレーを扱うよう構成されている、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のトレーシール装置。 - ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)は、個別に動作可能なヒータを複数有し、
各前記ヒータは、使用時に、前記ツール(6)において、それぞれのトレーと並んで配置される、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のトレーシール装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のトレーシール装置を用いたトレーシール方法であって、
横方向に間隔をあけて配置された対応する前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に沿って、ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)に向かって、および、ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)から離れるように少なくとも1つのトレーを移送するステップと、
それぞれのヒートシール可能な前記フィルムを、各前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に沿って、シール用の前記ツール(6)に供給するステップと、
トレーを対応する前記フィルムと接触させることで、前記上部プレート(62)がトレーに前記フィルムをヒートシールするように、共通の前記上部プレート(62)に向かって前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)を選択的に移動させるステップと、
を備える、トレーシール方法。 - 請求項9に記載のトレーシール方法であって、請求項3に記載のトレーシール装置を用いたトレーシール方法であって、
2つの前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)のうちの一方の動作を停止するステップと、
動作中の前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)における生産を維持しながら、停止している前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に対応する、いずれかの態様の前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)、前記上部プレート(62)の前記ヒータ、または、独立して制御可能な前記リフト機構を含むトレーツールを交換するステップと、
を備える、トレーシール方法。 - 動作中の前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)における生産の維持には、
動作中の前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に沿って、ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)に向かって、および、ヒートシール用の前記ツール(6)から離れるように、少なくとも1つのトレーを移送するステップと、
それぞれのヒートシール可能な前記フィルムを、動作中の前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)に沿って、シール用の前記ツール(6)に供給するステップと、
トレーを対応する前記フィルムと接触させることで、前記上部プレート(62)がトレーに前記フィルムをヒートシールするように、共通の前記上部プレート(62)に向かって、動作中の前記トレー送出レーン(2a,2b)の前記下部支持部材(61a,61b)を選択的に移動させるステップと、を含む、
請求項10に記載のトレーシール方法。
