Description
Claims (10)
- 有機物質の混合物に含まれるプラスチックおよびバイオマスを分離する方法であって、
前記有機物質の混合物に、脱水(13)を行い、次いで熱機械的な細胞溶解(14)を行い、次いで再脱水(15)を行い、次いで第1の篩分け(18)を行うことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱機械的な細胞溶解(14)が、65℃〜最大で120℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱機械的な細胞溶解(14)が、106〜5×106Paの圧力で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 乾燥(16)を、前記第1の篩分け(18)の前に実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の篩分け(18)から得られた前記バイオマスを、前記脱水(13)および続く前記熱機械的な細胞溶解(14)に再循環するか、または直接、前記熱機械的な細胞溶解(14)に再循環することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の篩分け(18)から得られた、2mmより大きく30mmより小さなサイズの大きな物質を、前記熱機械的な細胞溶解(14)へ再循環することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の篩分け(18)から得られた、残滓バイオマスを含む前記プラスチック(22)に、続く1段階または2段階の熱機械的な細胞溶解(23)を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 続く熱機械的な細胞溶解(23)の後に、再脱水および第2の篩分け(24)を行う、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックと、前記バイオマスとを含む前記有機物質の混合物を予熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するためのスクリュープレスと、篩分け器具とを有する装置であって、
前記スクリュープレスが、連続して、少なくとも1つの脱水段階(30、31)、細胞を破壊するための1つの細胞溶解段階(32)および再脱水段階(33)を有し、該スクリュープレスの下流側にプラスチックおよびバイオマスを分離するための篩分け器具が配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
