Claims (9)
- 化石および天然有機物質を、有機組成物から分離する方法であって、
前記有機組成物に、脱水(13)、熱機械細胞溶解(14)、再脱水(15)および最終篩分け(18)を行うことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱機械細胞溶解(14)が、65℃〜最大で120℃、好ましくは最大で100℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱機械細胞溶解(14)が、106〜5×106Paの圧力で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 乾燥(16)を、篩分け(18)の前に実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記篩分けプロセスから得られた前記天然有機物質を、脱水(13)および後の熱機械細胞溶解(14)に、または直接、前記熱機械細胞溶解(14)に再循環することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の篩分け(18)から得られた>2mm〜30mmのサイズの大きな物質を、前記熱機械細胞溶解(14)へ再生するように再循環することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記篩分け(18)から得られた前記化石有機物質(22)に、続く1段階または2段階熱機械細胞溶解(23)、好ましくは、それぞれ、脱水および最終篩分け(24)を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記導入された材料(10)を予熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するためのスクリュープレスを有する装置であって、
前記スクリュープレスが、連続して、少なくとも1つの脱水段階(30、31)および細胞を破壊するための1つの溶解器具(32)を有し、その下流に、化石と天然有機物質を分離するための再脱水および篩分け器具が接続されていることを特徴とする装置。
