Description
そして、前記押下げ部は、所定の押下げ力により、前記可動リード受部を下方向に押し下げることにより、前記リードリールから前記リード線を引出し、当該リード線の引出し後、前記押下げ力を解消し、前記リード線引出装置は、前記押下げ力を解消した後、ワーク作業側に前記リード線を引っ張る。
そして、前記押下げ部は、所定の押下げ力により、前記可動リード受部を下方向に押し下げることにより、前記リードリールから前記リード線を引出し、当該リード線の引出し後、前記押下げ力を解消し、前記リード線引出装置は、前記押下げ力を解消した後、ワーク作業側に前記リード線を引っ張る。
図1は、本発明に係るリード線引出装置100の概略構成を示す図である。図1では、リード線引出装置100は、基板12に対してリード線2を超音波振動接合する場面で使用されている。

Claims (3)
- リード線が巻き付けられるリードリールと、
前記リードリールから引き出された前記リード線が滑走することができ、所定位置で固定されている二つの固定リード受部と、
前記二つの固定リード受部の間に存し、下部において前記リード線と接触することができ、上下方向に移動が可能な可動リード受部と、
前記可動リード受部を下方向に押し下げることができる、押下げ部とを、備えたリード線引出装置であって、
前記押下げ部は、
所定の押下げ力により、前記可動リード受部を下方向に押し下げることにより、前記リードリールから前記リード線を引出し、当該リード線の引出し後、前記押下げ力を解消し、
前記リード線引出装置は、
前記押下げ力を解消した後、ワーク作業側に前記リード線を引っ張る、
ことを特徴とするリード線引出装置。 - 前記可動リード受部の大きさは、
前記リードリールの大きさよりも小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリード線引出装置。 - 前記可動リード受部の重さは、
前記リードリールの重さよりも軽い、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリード線引出装置。
